Product building is a breeze and it seems to track inventory QUANTITIES accurately. Clean templates and tons of room to customize everything. Cons Uses a "physical" and "accounting" inventory valuation system, which is confusing to look at. Was recently updated and working better. They generally work with each other if you purchase the apps. Cons Maybe I am doing it incorrectly but I cannot scan barcodes to adjust inventory. I can scan the barcode to add the item to my inventory but that seems to be all scanning a barcode does. Maybe I am doing it incorrectly. This takes a little while to get used to unfortunately.. Pros Once you get the hang of using this, it is still hard to use. Everything is all over, and its not a very organized platform. Cons Difficult to use in almost everyday possible. I did not like how the platform is laid out. Makes it seem more difficult to use than it actually should be. I used it for less than 6 months to help out with a friends business, and I started to get aggravated with using it. September 4, 2019 3.0 Pros It has most of the components you need if you run a shopify store. Cons Good luck getting integrated. This software has no way of bulk loading product photos. This is insane to me. If a store has thousands of products, does Zoho really think we're gonna upload one by one? Onboarding is weird, there are no offical steps that address the potential of the software. And support has no idea what they're doing. I was on a call for 24 mins while a rep tried to help me confirm products. It's such a waste of time. Multiple services on a single platform. Very reasonably priced. Great for small business. Cons Doesn't have all of the features that I would need. But, that is the tradeoff with the easy/intuitive nature of the software... For what it is I have no real cons. Pros I liked that it is offered at an affordable price and it is very easy to input items. The dashboard is set up in an easy to understand way. Cons The limits on when you want to change an item that has a stock number associated with it, any limits on editing in general are a negative for me. Pros Easy to use and setup and integrates with Zoho CRM. Zoho inventory also allows you to package your order and print a label that says whats in the package, but you cannot ship those packages properly. See cons. Cons They have API connectors for UPS & FedEx. However, the system does not package properly and does not allow multiple packages with the carriers that integrate with the system. Example: If one order had 10 packages, you would need to fulfill 10 packages separately with its own packing slip and tracking number. Your customer would receive the order as if they had 10 different orders.
