The customer support has been TOP-SHELF! Even the interface design of how you request support is perfect. Pros Sometimes sites are purposely designed to preclude you from extracting large amounts of data efficiently. WebHarvy gets around that and makes it easy. Cons Some larger extractions take a long time to accomplish. This has much to do with how the data is stored and the speed of your internet connection I'm sure. But, it's an automated process so you can set it and forget it. It has a bit of a learning curve in performing certain functions. Cons It's a bit too developer centric in some of its functionality. A developer will have to support certain functions that require RegExs in order to work. Switched from [Sequentum](https://www.capterra.com/p/143320/Content-Grabber/) Visual Web Ripper is no longer going to function after the end of the year. They are holding their Web Ripper Customers hostage by telling them they have to spend 5000 a year on the Enterprise Desktop Software to replace the Visual Web Ripper product which is only a few hundred dollars. Content Grabber is ridiculously expensive. We disregarded all the Cloud Products because if those companies go out of business or their cloud goes down we're stuck with no scrapes. Pros The best part of being a WebHarvy user is the consistent level of detailed and relevant support I receive about using the product. The technical aspects of the tool can be challenging if you aren't well versed in tech language, but the support is timely, clear, straightforward and really makes all the difference in the world.
