In general very good, and the more I use it the more satisfied I am, although I still encounter some issues with some lists.

Pros

The ability to scrap a large amount of contact data automatically. The customer support service.

Cons

It is quite hard to use, especially in the beginning during the learning curve, and sometimes the scraping does not work.

My experience with WebHarvy has been very positive—I highly recommend it

Pros

WebHarvy is intuitive and easy to set up, making data scraping effortless even for non-technical users. The technical support is outstanding—they respond promptly to any questions. The value for money is excellent.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a comprehensive user manual that clearly explains each button and function.

the best thing is not being charged monthly loads of customizeability and great support team

Cons

nothing no issues only haggle would be the speed but i wouldnt say its slow by any means as i would rather have accurate data over incomplete data

The software is intuitive however, some extractions are just difficult to know every step. The customer support has been TOP-SHELF! Even the interface design of how you request support is perfect.

Pros

Sometimes sites are purposely designed to preclude you from extracting large amounts of data efficiently. WebHarvy gets around that and makes it easy.

Cons

Some larger extractions take a long time to accomplish. This has much to do with how the data is stored and the speed of your internet connection I'm sure. But, it's an automated process so you can set it and forget it.

I have earn thought of dollars by using WebHarvy. I like it but mining speed very slow.

Pros

WebHarvy is easy to use. Very user friendly. It can handle more data capture easily other than software or coding.

Cons

Everything is good but mining speed very slow than Octoparse. So, I decided to use Octoparse.

Fantastic. They actually gave me videos showing me how to implement a couple of scrapers we were working on.

Pros

I'm very pleased with the quality and support of this product. It has a bit of a learning curve in performing certain functions.

Cons

It's a bit too developer centric in some of its functionality. A developer will have to support certain functions that require RegExs in order to work.

Switched from

[Sequentum](https://www.capterra.com/p/143320/Content-Grabber/)

Visual Web Ripper is no longer going to function after the end of the year. They are holding their Web Ripper Customers hostage by telling them they have to spend 5000 a year on the Enterprise Desktop Software to replace the Visual Web Ripper product which is only a few hundred dollars.

Plus Mathew & Virat are Always To My Rescue With Professionalism That Is Beyond Words That Can Describe, When Ever I Am In A technical Jam They Have Not Been Unable To Find Me A Solution To My Problem - They Are Both Worth there Weight In Gold ! I've used this tool for several projects related to data mining, lead generation, etc. I've probably used it 30+ times in the last 2 years. I've always been more than satisfied with the results. It's also very flexible in terms of how it can be applied to different data scenarios.

Pros

The best part of being a WebHarvy user is the consistent level of detailed and relevant support I receive about using the product. The technical aspects of the tool can be challenging if you aren't well versed in tech language, but the support is timely, clear, straightforward and really makes all the difference in the world.

Cons

I have no complaints. I've used it for various projects, and never had an issue.
