Delightful, intuitive, easy to use, and since archiving financial websites is a requirement for broker-dealers and investment advisor firms, it's a must have!

Pros

PageFreezer \[PF\] is easy to use and the results are exactly what is needed. Time/date stamped downloads. It's one thing to have a great product, but when you combine it with the best service I have EVER known, that puts PageFreezer over the top. When it comes to service, PageFreezer has a secret weapon, and his name is \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. Prompt, thorough responses and updates. If I could get \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] to work for other companies (in addition to PF) that I also have to deal with, my professional life would be a lot better!

Cons

You want my 'Con' for PF!?!?! It's that they're in Canada; safe, happy, polite, healthy Canada. I'm stuck in a country where science is viewed as opinion and one medical procedure could ruin my family, financially. I'm a 53yo single father of three, and I want to go on a field trip to PF!

For the most part, it is nice to be able to rely on Pagefreezer to work in the background and provide high-quality results when we need them.

Pros

It is a simple process to download and archive for an archive for a specific time period and social media platform. The results are thorough.

Cons

Too-frequent changes in social media platforms requirements can interrupt social media capture on Pagefreezer. Resolving those changes can be confusing and time-consuming.

Reason for choosing Pagefreezer

We felt Pagefreezer was a more stable and versatile product with a better outcome.

Pros

The value of the product compared to ArchiveSocial, along with the ability to snapshot other pages that we don't control is a plus

Cons

Intergration into the platform for billing and invoice management.

Switched from

Cost of archiving once we became polular was doubling and it was just too cost prohibitive to continue. Also the lack of granular permissions meant that other personnel could not help with the public records requests.

Excellent. Professional staff. Speedy. Reliable. First-rate.

Pros

The look and feel is like the social account formats we are monitoring. The search function is robust. When you need assistance, it's not a black hole of FAQs or robot replies. It's a real person writing to you within minutes (in my case) with instructions. You can also attach files to your request for help if you ever need to share a screen shot. My requests for support have been only for assistance in learning to use the software. We have had no issues with the software malfunctioning.

Cons

I have not found anything that is an issue for our organization.

Reason for choosing Pagefreezer

PageFreezer is well-versed in record retention for government agencies. They answered my question and provided technical information others did/could not. PageFreezer, as a company, also seems to be better integrated internally. Staff members know how and when to refer you to another staff member or specialist. PageFreezer is price competitive and easy to use. It's scalable and meets our legal requirements as a government agency. Every change, deletion, comment and comment on comments is saved and retrievable. Not all service providers can make this claim.

Pricing features are a definite plus which helps tremendously when passing the costs through to the representatives.

Cons

Our firm has relatively few reps signed up at this time so usage is limited. One on one training could be valuable.
