Pros

  • Easy to install, lots of features, and a good price. I had a good experience with the support staff too, which really helps give a good impression of a company.

  • Good and easy to understand feature or interface. It makes communicating and chatting like a piece of cake to do.

  • Just a wonderful humanity and just try this. If you are like me, you will love it.

  • Thank you guys for great exparience of using the chat, i was really amazed by the service and chat itself. Professional and easy to use.

Cons

  • In fact, it was more detrimental due to losing the money I paid.

  • In order to add a feature, they wanted me to pay them more money. When I told them that the product did not fit my needs, they refused to offer me even a prorated refund.

  • No protection against flood. No response from support, quite impossible login very slow and poor admin interface.

  • Very poor funcionalities for that chat extension.

"Perfect for my Website! "

Overall: Now I have it, It will be a permanent feature to my site. I and my users love it!

Pros: Easy to install, lots of features, and a good price! I had a good experience with the support staff too, which really helps give a good impression of a company

Cons: Hard to think of something, the price could be a little lower, but it is still great value for money, I really find it hard to fault chatwee

"Useful for our online community"

Pros: We are a UK charity called The Mix. Here at The Mix, we help young people take on any challenges they are facing - from mental health to money, from homelessness to finding a job, from break-ups to drugs. We run group chats Sunday-Thursday evenings and have been using Chatwee as our chat software for almost a year. We’d been looking for a new chat software to move to and came across Chatwee. What we liked about Chatwee is that it had almost all of the features we needed to run our group chats, such as option to create rooms multiple rooms and customise the colour of the chat rooms. There were a few features we still needed and Chatwee were able to build them for us. Users have the ability to mute each other and moderators can freeze and kick users. Whenever we come across a bug, these are often fixed quickly within a few days which works perfectly for us as we run our chats most evenings of the week.

Cons: There’s been a few occasions where there's been maintenance work scheduled which we haven't been informed of. This has meant we've had to cancel our group chats because we can't access the software. In terms of the chat software, there isn’t a notification when someone joins or leaves a room which can be difficult for us as our chats get busy so it’s hard to keep track of who’s in the room. Users can also be active in multiple rooms at once. If they join one room and leave to go to another room, they still remain active in the other room which can be confusing for moderators and other users. There also isn’t an option to add caps the rooms to limit how many people can enter the room. This would be helpful for us as our chats get busy.

"Just awful. Buyer beware."

Overall: None. In fact, it was more detrimental due to losing the money I paid.

Pros: At first, it was easy to use. That is the reason we chose it. In the end, there was nothing I liked about the product. There are better solutions than this by a longshot.

Cons: Terrible software. While easy to use, there were zero features and barely any functionality. In order to add a feature, they wanted me to pay them more money! When I told them that the product did not fit my needs, they refused to offer me even a prorated refund. Very greedy. Do not purchase this product if you value your money.

"HIGHLY USEFUL FOR EDUCATION"

Pros: We are running a non-profit educational website (NammaKalvi.org) and we came through this product - Chatwee. Still, there are many competitors in this category of chatting product, many more products (good are bad) but for our needs, Chatwee fits the best. We want to include a platform on our website as any visitors to our website (students and teachers) can chat with one another like social media. It is very helpful in asking questions, answering doubts, announcing important news and so on. It has a Facebook login also. It has a support section that we can add our support staffs to answer to our visitors. There is a one-one private chat, group chat, able to create rooms, customize the color and appearance to our needs. Some people telling bad about this, but for our needs, it fits the best in the market. The Chatwee customer care is really appreciatable. The will answer to any questions and doubts. Really one of the best product on the market, when you want the above features. They even reduce the prize based on your needs. Just a wonderful humanity and just try this. If you are like me, you will love it.

Cons: Use for a week. At first, I think it is not worthy but it is much worthy. It has all the functionality an educational website can get. But sometimes it is lagging when loading. Some bugs are there but I think it will be solved soon. I hope Chatwee can add more functality and grow bigger and better.

"Just What we Needed for our online Viewers"

Pros: We tried quite a few chat apps before we found Chatwee, and I’m glad we did! Chatwee solved many of the problems we were having with chatters on our nationally syndicated radio show’s video streaming web page. Our users responded positively to this elegant and easy to use app. Chat offers a boatload of management options from login controls to user management to appearance. And banning trolls is a breeze. Chatwee support is responsive and personal. They can even offer customization if you have a unique need. Chatwee has become an important part of our online strategy; as we grow, we plan to take Chatwee along with us. A truly great chat app!

Cons: So far, we haven't had a negative experience.

"Better than others"

Pros: With so many other chatting and video chatting apps that came out, chatwee is still my choice of app since I feel secured and free when I am using it since social media nowadays is too fast when it comes to schisms.

Cons: I have no bad experience with the app so far and hopes nothing will ever be.

"Excellent chatting experience"

Pros: I have been using it for personal use because unlike messenger and other chatting applications I feel secured with chatwee because lesser user and less trouble of my account or conversations to be hacked.

Cons: Overall, this application is excellent and I can't remember any bad experience about it.

"Better than chatting experience"

Pros: Aside from the chatting or video chatting app that I've been using, Chatwee is so easy to use not just for personal but even in the business set-up.

Cons: So far I don't encounter any issue or problem with it and hopes it retains to be this way forever.

"Good chatting app"

"Chatwee - Superb & Essential - Highly Recommend"

Overall: My team has been a customer of chatwee for about 6 months now. It is easy to use, allows us to engage with the community and each other. It has become an essential part of our support platform, allowing us to quickly respond to the needs of visitors, whilst also providing a social platform for our end users - which they enjoy. At times when I have reached out to support, the quality of service provided has been first class. Chatwee are also open to suggestions, and actively take feedback - not something you find with every chat provider. We moved over to chatwee from a different provider that wasnt meeting our needs. Chatwee is the complete solution for any website of any size or scope. Highly Recommended.

"Great kit"

Overall: We use it internally at iWebCab for staff communications in our intranet, works a treat!
