Aktuell versuchen wir die Falcon API in n8n zu integrieren und so einen PMO Workflow zu erstellen. Pros Falcon ist ein leistungsstarkes Tool zur Steuerung komplexer Transformationsprogramme. Besonders überzeugt hat mich die Möglichkeit, schnell und strukturiert ein aussagekräftiges Reporting zu erstellen. Die Effekte einzelner Maßnahmen lassen sich auf verschiedenen Projektebenen aggregieren und Forecasts transparent abbilden. Auf einen Blick wird ersichtlich, welche Projekte und Maßnahmen im Plan liegen und wo ein genauerer Blick erforderlich ist – das erleichtert die Priorisierung und Entscheidungsfindung erheblich. Cons Größter Nachteil ist, dass Falcon im Kernprodukt auf der Website nicht ausreichend weiterentwickelt und mit der PowerBI-Integration an Kunden ausgelagert wurde: Nutzloses Dashboard (insbesondere fürs PMO) mit mangelhaften Möglichkeiten der Auswertungen des Maßnahmenprogramms (Härtegrad-Entwicklung, Effekt-Treiber-Übersichten etc.); graphische Darstellung von Effekten auf Maßnahmenprofilen bringen wenig Erkenntnisgewinn und sehen altbacken aus. Gantt-Darstellungen von Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten, die nicht nur super für die Plausibilisierung der Eingabe, sondern auch für das Management Reporting wären fehlen komplett. Es fühlt sich nach einem Excel-Template im Browser an. Für Hauptkunden aus dem Bereich Beratung mag das alles kein Problem sein, wenn Juniors manuell PPT Berichte erstellen und Falcon nur als Eingabemaske dient. Cons \- was mega nervt ist die user Spalte, wenn jemand sich schon mal eingeloggt hat springt diese von email auf nachname, Vorname. Das frustet da man dann immer händisch den Match machen muss in ex/imports. - Es gibt keine standardisierten Abläufe wie bspw. "abhaken" von effekten durch die owner sodass man weiß dass der aktuelle monat im ACT bestätigt ist. Die Einführung ging schnell, der Datenimport war unkompliziert, die Power-BI-Reports liefen zügig. Der Support reagierte stets prompt und mit konkreten Lösungen. Unterm Strich deutlich weniger manueller Aufwand und bessere Steuerungsgüte im PMO-Kontext. Pros Sehr klare, einfache Bedienung – Teams finden sich sofort zurecht. Starke Kombination aus Maßnahmen-/Projektsteuerung und Financial/Benefit-Tracking. Schnelle Einführung, saubere Daten-Uploads, robuste Power-BI-Anbindung. Hervorragender, schneller Support mit lösungsorientierten Antworten. Cons Falcon bietet einen großen Funktionsumfang, den wir leider nicht in Gänze nutzen können. Das Ausblenden einzelner Funktionen, die wir nicht nutzen, würde die Software zusätzlich für uns verschlanken.
