Een fijne tool om mee te werken en een supportteam die klaarstaat om vragen te beantwoorden: telefonisch, per mail of via een ticket. Via Conversationals kun je extra features laten ontwikkelen of de tool koppelen aan andere tools of databases die je hebt.

Pros

Toen we begonnen met conversational AI gebruikten we Landbot.io. Toen we steeds volwassener werden liepen we met deze tool tegen beperkingen aan. We hebben onderzoek gedaan naar verschillende oplossingen en daar kwam DigitalCX als beste uit de bus. Voor ons een goede, volgende stap op weg naar volwassenheid. Je kunt snel schakelen met CM.com (DigitalCX is onderdeel van CM.com) en ze zijn altijd bereid om extra training te geven. Daarnaast is het fijn werken met de tool en heb je het redelijk snel onder te knie.

Cons

Er zijn een aantal nadelen aan de tool. Allereerst heb je een implementatiepartner nodig voor de front-end. Wij hebben daarvoor Conversationals gebruikt. Daarnaast is het niet mogelijk om documenten te uploaden via de tool. Dit is wel in te bouwen door Conversationals, maar dat vraagt dus om een meerprijs bovenop de standaard fee.

DigitalCX kon via Seamly een handover verzorgen naar Cobrowser, de tool die wij gebruiken voor livechat.
