Comments: As a long-time provider of marketing services to technology companies, Channel Rocket enlisted our agency to generate leads and appointments for Channel Rocket and value-added resellers (VARs), to discuss and demo Channel Rocket's offering. As we talked with VARs, we described the ability of their sales reps to conduct a customized sales conversation, from any device and any location according to the end-user's persona. Sales reps no longer had to rely on a one-size-fits-all message. Prospects were willing to schedule appointments with Channel Rocket representatives to learn more about how their sales reps could easily access relevant content and probing questions, pertinent to the end-user's pain points and decision-making authority. A common question from VARs was if Channel Rocket could provide access and messaging for multiple suppliers represented by a VAR. Channel Rocket confirmed that requests are being accepted and prioritized.

Comments: I'm a marketing writer with over 20 years of experience, quite a bit of that in the high tech and B2B realm. What always strikes me is that so many of these brilliant people who come up with these amazing products, then struggle to understand who they're talking to and what their value proposition should be. That's why what Channel Rocket has been able to create is so smart and so valuable. You simply plug in the product area and who you're talking to and, boom, up come that persons pain points, how the product you're trying to sell benefits them, plus gives you access to tons of relevant materials. Jump into the VAR realm, where individual sales people can literally be dealing with a thousand products or more and the value of Channel Rocket sky rockets even. Sales pitches right on your phone. What's not to love.

Comments: We use ChannelRocket as a sales tool for the outside sales engineers of our dealers. The software does what is promised and is easy to use. We maintain the content ourselves via the SandBox and it gives us the possibility to have all engineers in the field with actual and accurate content. Great application !

Comments: We are impressed by what the Channel Rocket team offers. Our sales team is comprised of leaders who've come from the largest and most successful tech companies on the planet. Many of us have also worked in the channel of these large players. One thing we've always noticed is that the vendor partner intranets are horrendous. They are two expansive and disorganized. Information is hard to receive and competitive information is often obsolete. From what we've seen from Channel Rocket, those issues are taken care of. The interface is intuitive and the information is current. We can't wait to roll it out to the sales teams we support across the country.

Comments: Having been on both sides of the sales and marketing coin, I can attest to the ever-growing chasm between the groups. Channel Rocket is a unique solution for closing the gap in a cost-effective and simple way.

While other automation platforms simply sends existing marketing materials to sales people based on prescribed actions or triggers, Channel Rocket lets sales and marketing teams work together closely to translate raw marketing materials into custom sales pitches, accessible on any screen or device. Setting it up is simple because of the drag-and-drop functionality. And the best part is that it's fully branded and customizable to the look and feel of a brand.

The upshot is that Channel Rocket lets salespeople spend more time focusing on building rapport and a relationship with prospects and less time sifting through infinite versions of marketing collateral to find the right piece of information to advance the conversation.

Channel Rocket helps get the right information to sales people at the right moment in the sales process. It's such a direct and sensible solution to a problem we've all recognized for years. I wish I'd thought of it myself!

Comments: Unlike static (partner) portals, this tool uses a quick sort, to narrow-down the profile of the prospect, then delivers information specific to their persona and the sales situation. Kind of like proactive sales support. It helps the rep get much further in the first hour than the typical sales call.
