The tool is fairly easy to navigate and customer service agents are quick to respond and handle any issues I have. **Pros:** I like being able to customise email templates with ease, so that I can reuse them subsequently. The options and drag-and-drop features make my work efficient. **Cons:** I don't like the restrictions in some aspects of the email creation interface. Like not being able to put in the customer's name or an emoji in the preheader section of the email, only in the subject line.
