Minha experiência com o SendPulse tem sido positiva. Utilizo a plataforma como apoio em processos de comunicação e automação do projeto Meu Pedaço, especialmente em ações que exigem agilidade, padronização e integração com a jornada digital do usuário. A ferramenta atende bem a propostas que precisam combinar marketing, comunicação transacional e automações em um mesmo ambiente. Ainda existem pontos de melhoria na usabilidade e no aprofundamento técnico de algumas configurações, mas, no geral, a solução entrega valor e contribui para dar mais estrutura à operação.

Pros

A facilidade para centralizar comunicação e automações em uma única plataforma foi um dos principais pontos positivos. Para o projeto Meu Pedaço, o SendPulse ajudou a estruturar comunicações por e mail de forma prática, além de apoiar fluxos importantes como envio de mensagens transacionais e códigos de acesso. A interface é relativamente simples para configurar campanhas, listas e automações, o que acelera bastante a operação. Outro ponto positivo é a possibilidade de integrar a ferramenta com outros sistemas e processos, o que traz mais eficiência para projetos digitais em fase de crescimento.

Cons

Foi bom para aprender como funciona uma ferramenta de chatbot. Mas a medida que a ferramenta é utilizada, novas necessidades vão aparecendo e a necessidade de buscar outro serviço, bem como a ferramenta tornou-se cara para a minha necessidade.

As telas são intuitivas e permitem que os fluxos sejam criados com poucos minutos de estudo na base de dados disponível.

Cons

O número cadastrado no chatbot fica refem do sistema e não consigo mandar mensagens através dele mesmo para número de clientes frequêntes. Valores de mensalidade e do disparo em massa não é claro antes de assinar. Imaginava que ao pagar um plano para 500 contatos, eu poderia mandar mensagens ilimitadas para esses 500 contatos. Me senti enganado quando descobri que teria que pagar, além dos 500 contatos, mais um valor para cada mensagem enviada.

So far its been great and would highly recommend SendPulse to anyone. They system offers a variety of programmes to suit any type of business.

Pros

Its user friendly and it makes the daily operations for the business so much pleasant. Great value for money and the automation of the email templates and whatsapp notification really do make my business more professional.

Cons

I would like to see change is the Chat Bots section, under Messenger Chatbots - the subscribers is only 500. It would be great if I received a notification, when I am heading towards the max number, so that I can get chance to delete some old chats. As I dont need to upgrade my plan either, as alot of those chats, I dont need to keep. Another great feature that I would love to see, is been able to edit in the Chatbots after I have pushed send. As this would help keep the business chats looking professional. Another thing, would be to increase the time of been able to chat to the client of more that 24 hours.

I love it. When I had a problems with my Instagram accaunt you helped me allot even when it's wasent on your side. Grait place, great work. And i like it more than Monechat.

Pros

SendPulse is all in one platform wih hight security. I can manage and automate most of the works. When the client contact via one of the bots, it can manage all the work, from CRM to sending mail with precostumase templates. The platform helps to answer standart quetions, and helping me with my marketing and sales working. The valeue of paing is good, and they have queck customer support.

Cons

That I didin't find one paing for all the product you have. But most of free plans enofe for business beginer like me

SendPulse is an incredibly versatile platform that combines email marketing, automation, SMS, chatbots, and web push notifications all in one place. The automation builder is powerful and makes it easy to set up drip campaigns and triggered sequences. The pricing is very competitive compared to other tools that offer similar features, and the email template editor is intuitive. I also love that it integrates well with other platforms and tools I use for my marketing workflows.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit steep when you're first getting started, especially with the more advanced automation features. Num geral, muito positiva. Estou satisfeito. Principalmente porque descobri o SendPulse em um momento que estava tendo muito bloqueio nos número do WhatsApp, e a sua integração com à Meta nos ajudou a resolver o problema.

Pros

Facilidade na integração da API do WhatsApp, isso facilitou bastante o trabalho de tráfego pago, melhorando os nossos desempenhos de prospecção.

Cons

O layout do sistema poderia ser mais enxuto, principalmente no chat, para facilitar destão de leads.
