### "I love how easy it is to use and the template library is extensive"

My favorite feature of the EDM campaign editing menu is. In the library, I was able to quickly locate a mailing template that I could then easily and graphically modify to meet my needs.

Pros

Sendpulse has improved the legitimacy of my company's brand and communications by making me look more competent in my dealings with clients and customers.

Cons

The lack of sufficient Email verification is the thing I despise the most. We should all verify emails before sending out a campaign, but nobody ever does. Unfortunately, I can't check all of my listings every month because of the monthly limits on email verification.

Happy to use such an awesome product.

Pros

SendPulse is a cloud-based email marketing and transactional email service provider. It helps you to send emails, manage subscribers, and monitor your campaign’s performance. They provide a suite of tools for those who want to get their message out to the world in the most effective way possible. SendPulse offers an easy-to-use interface that allows users to design content for various channels like SMS, Push Notification, Social Media, etc.

Cons

Not so much of cons but the limitation in subscriber number is quite the thing I don't like about SendPulse.

Ha sido bastante agradable. Un precio adecuado por una herramienta que nos da lo que necesitamos para poder comunicar los nuevos lanzamientos de nuestro producto. Nos gusta mucho el drag and drop para construir los newsletters y las integraciones con otros softwares via Zapier.

Pros

Puedes enviar cuantos correos quieras en el mes sin restricción. La manera en que presentan los análisis de las campañas es muy buena y el sistema de construcción de correos (Drag & drop) es muy bueno y fácil de usar. También la integración con Zapier es muy funcional.

Cons

No he sabido como eliminar los contactos que no abren los correos desde hace meses y el tema de facturación nos tomó un rato encontrar el lugar adecuado para configurarlo.

Sendpulse, you have a good service but your SMTP connections never work for me any way. However, I think you need to be sensitive with local pricing. In Nigeria, the economy is terrible now and bleeding, and I believe that most of the companies using your service in Nigeria are SMEs. Your dollar conversion rates are killing. For example, last month I paid N37,400 only for $44 bill only for me to renew this month at N52,800 for same $44 with a N15,400 difference. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. CBN dollar rates is N780 but your rate is N1,200 with a N420 difference. Your exchange rate is more than that of the parallel market. You need be sensitive to localizing your pricing and experience or create models that will be country-specific. The experience in your pricing since 2023 has been very bad. Your price has been increasing astronomically and your customer service agents have no explanation. Yes, you will argue that your price in dollar is same but your exchange rate variation is high. I am supposed to be working on my project but I am here writing for the world to see and I will also report to the relevant authorities in Nigeria to check you out; if possible suspend your operations for now till you find a way out. Thank you.

Estaba usando sendinblue, pero al cambiar a BREVO, me dejo de gustar, y se ha vuelto bastante rígido. Después de buscar opciones, la que más se adapta a mis necesidades es SendPulse

Pros

Lo que más me gusta es poder hacer una secuencia inteligente de envíos de emails con el uso de etiquetas. El precio es bastante asumible y te permite el envío de correos masivos

Cons

No tengo de momento nada en contra, estoy satisfecha con las funcionalidades que tiene. Si echara algo en falta se lo comunicaría a SendPulse para que hicieran la mejora.

Honestly I had explored several other email marketing tools before, and did not know Sendpulse. But WOW ! What a POWERFUL tool !!!

Pros

\-The first service of this kind I see with a 24/7 customer service. Very responding, very professional -Features for automation are the BEST I have used so far -A very simle interface, easy to use -They also implement SMS marketing and web push notification, all gathered at the SAME place and INTEGRATED together

Cons

Nothing to say, seriously. The software is EXCELLENT !

Es una gran herramienta con muchisimas posibilidades que hace que sea muy sencillo empezar con una estrategia de marketing, pero creo que esta mas enfocada a las pequeña empresa ya que cuando trabajas con gran volumen de contactos pierde eficacia.

Pros

Tiene varias ventajas que la hacen una aplicacion muy interesante, como por ejemplo que desde una sola plataformas puedas hacer estretegias de marketing por medio de mails, sms,notificaciones web.Es un servicio totalemente automatizado de envio y ademas podras hacerlo facilmente desde tu movil.

Cons

la unica pega que le veo, y la verdad no es "pecata minuta" es que cuando trabajas con una gran lista de contactos pierde rendimiento y se ralentiza.

SendPulse offers a wide range of services to implement in your marketing strategies. The support is fast and very competitively priced. I have done excellent with their email service. The automation and built-in A/B testing made it very easy for me to convert. It is very interesting to be able to have a free version to test it, it is fully operational, only limited to the number of emails, which is logical. Very useful to test it before signing up.Overall the experience has been very satisfactory, they have a lot of tools they provide for tracking Campaigns and the behaviour of your users.

Pros

Is easy to use, and integration very simple. Works fine.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like yet. Maybe they could improve the user/price ratios?

I really haven't had any negative experiences with SendPulse, other than some minor complaints detailed in the "Cons" section of my review. They've been very helpful and friendly in fixing any issues I've had, and overall I've enjoyed working with this software.

Pros

I like the fact that it's inexpensive/free to use for most business owners with a small contact list. Most email marketing sites offer a pretty pitiful number of contacts/email campaigns for their free trials, and then hike the price up significantly for those who are in between just starting out and having a huge following. They don't have a lot in the way of ready-made templates, but it's easy enough to customize your own, and their interface is pretty user-friendly.

Cons

It can take a considerable amount of time between sending an email campaign, and the delivery of said email campaign. I also don't like that, after going through the proper steps to make my newsletters comply with standards, I may still be regarded as spam and not be delivered to the inbox of the person receiving the newsletter.

en general es una buena experiencia me gusta su plataforma y no hay que dejar por fuera su costo es bueno y competitivo obio que puede mejorar pero que tecnologia no lo puede hacer. feliciades buena plataforma

la capacidad de colocar palabras claves y que no intente responder si no sabe lo que significa la pregunta. y su interfaz un poco dificil al principio pero una ves comprendida es facil eh intutiva por ultimome gusta poder compartir los flujos de manera rapida entre otros flujos u otras palabras claves.

Cons

que en el campo de palabras claves solo puedo colocar 10 palabras claves haciendo que tenga que crear varios accionadores para una misma intencion.

su conexion con mi cuenta de instagram es mucho mejor y mas estable en general es eso ya que en chat fuel no se permite la creacion de botones para instagram limitando la capacidad de crear flujos. y en tidio tiene eso que el chatbot intenta interpretar lo que dice la persona y al no tener una ai falla mucho y en vez de ayudar lo que hace es crear mas confusion al usuario

This software helps in a lot in my profession. It helps me to build my customer base significantly. It also helps me to make new transactions also.

Pros

Its user interface is very refreshing which stands it out from other similar category softwares. It has all the required features for effective email marketing. This software integrates well with my CRM and the whole process is very smooth and streamline. Its Automated Email Flow makes my work super easy. I also use its mobile application when I travel and I must say it's very convenient.

Cons

For last couple of months I am facing one error while signing in into my account through its sign-in widget available on the top right of its web page. I need to fill my credentials twice because first time it asks me whether I am human or robot. Rest everything is fine for me.

Un servicio perfectamente desarrollado que se puede implementar de una manera rápida y sencilla, permite automatizar muchas tareas de comunicación diarias a un coste bastante bajo, además, su versión gratuita cuenta con unos limites suficientes para que cualquier empresa pequeña pueda probar sus bondades.

Quizás la limitación para enviar correos en la versión gratuita podría tener un rango mayor como otras marcas.

I was able to send my emails to all users because we owe it to our customers and it is important that they receive a corporate email without inconveniences and above all with the quality that Sendpulse can handle.

Pros

Sendpulse is a great tool that helps in a transversal way in all areas since it sends all the information of what you want to implement and above all the image of the whole company through an email.

Cons

There should not be a charge at the beginning to be able to log in because this scares users away and if they want to give something for free it should be without putting their credit card.

It's been essential to our firm since then, mainly due to the high ability for us to customize nearly everything, from end to end. The experience in using this software has only gotten better over time.

Pros

The A/B testing capabilities are something I highly value as a manager. Targeted messaging and push notifications enabled for leads are also an essential feature. Finally, I love how SendPulse allows us to promote special offers via push notifications to specific clients. The customizability of this platform is key.

Cons

The chatbot builder is a fantastic feature, but there has been a bit of a learning curve in building it and using it.

Al fin pude tener una herramienta económica, completa y colaborativa para gestionar las ventas y proyectos de mis clientes.

Pros

La integración de su CRM, gestión de contactos, email marketing y chatbots de Facebook, Instagram, Telegram y WhatsApp. Incluso utilizo un pipeline para gestionar proyectos. Funciona tan bien como Asana o Trello para eso.

Cons

Es más difícil de entender que el promedio.

Great customer service.

Pros

I love that you do SMS & emails. I think that it is a great value for start ups.

Cons

Definitely a step above their old version, but needs a guide map to a goal for new people who sign up. What do you want to do, then guide you to do that for people who are new beginners per se. Your plugin wasn't as friendly/easy as it should be for WordPress. I figured it out, but should have more help tips for beginners. Maybe add a YouTube video right into the plugin on how to use it and setup short codes.

su atencion y seguimiento es constante sin que yo lo solicite, sus videos en español son claros, su arquitectura es intuitiva, me apoyo con otros usuario que ya saben manejar su plataforma por el tipo de sewrvicio que manejo y no tengo que empezar desde cero

el tema de administracion de cuenta de todos mis redes o servicios como whatsap, telegram, instagra, etc es vital, sobre todo las campañas por chatbot, email y sobre todo las landing page y tenet formularios de captura de informacion me facilita centralizar, ya que antes tenia todos los servicios por separado

Cons

de momento no he leido sus politicas si son compatibles con las nuevas y utimas exigencias o limitaciones de facebook, pero de momento no me afecta por no tener tanta area a cubri para pomocionar mis servicios
