July 11, 2019 5.0 Timely communication using a modern style presentation method. Pros We are able to present useful information in a fun way for our employees. Using SmartSign2go has completely upgraded our communications from outdated paper flyers to a modern, creative style of presentation. We can now highlight individuals and information in practically real-time. Our employees and customers love to check our display regularly to see what's new, and to see the new fun changes to the presentation. Cons A little bit of a learning curve that at first was intimidating, but not too bad once you get the hang of it. It is a clean & fun way to display Company content. And easy installation as well as learning and maneuvering the actual software are just a few more pros. With that said, we would however, like to see more variety of sample pages. Not enough and not common ones are provided. Cons I am not able to use my downloaded music for the sign. Unless I am unaware of another way, music must be in the form of a video to use, which is a little disappointing. As an added bonus, you can actually talk to a real person for support if necessary, in a timely manner instead of ping pong emails. Very functional and versatile. After many days, weeks even, of searching for digital signage that fits this criteria, I came across SmartSign2go. My search is over. The content management is very intuitive and capable of everything our organization needs, and then some. We have three displays in various locations that we can manage from one area. We can use similar content to display on each tv screen or we can use separate content. The customer service and knowledge behind their product is what everyone desires. Pros easy to add and delete photos. User friendly. Cons It is hard to edit text with such a small text area. I wish one could edit text in the large page window rather than off to the side. The support team is great too, whenever I have problems, I can reach out to them and get a response in a reasonable time.
