Pros

The basic software worked well. Calls come in, they get routed to cell phones, and you can sort by time-of-day. Simple stuff, and it works reliably for that. If you just need a few agents to be hooked together on a phone line, it works fine.

Cons

There are no frills, no advanced features. No method of transferring calls between operators. The support was minimal, and took a long time to get a human to give you any useful information from their chat feature. No phone support, barely any email support.
