Pros This is an amazing solution based on cards. Perfect for focusing on business problems and development, monitoring Your business in general. Perfect mix of most used tasks and procedures with personal (customized) requests, all in this interesting card format. Interesting help section. Cons Preferences are non-existent. User can't change currency or implement several currencies. More options are needed in some areas (especially in tasks). Connections with some other on-line service would be appreciated (G-calendar for example). Great way to structure workshop conversations and to be able to cover so many potential business issues and opportunities. It then keeps businesses on track with making progress in working on their business rather than in it. Objectives, priorities and tasks can be regularly updated, with budgets, due dates and people assigned to each too. It is fantastic. Can be used with businesses of all sizes as well as for individuals too. 100% would recommend!! Cons Can’t think of any cons at all – it’s great!! Can assign objectives to reach the goal, tasks to people and set target deadlines and budget. 2. Allows to analyze six areas in business. Card sorting system helps us in identifying top priorities to meet our goals. 3. Easily accessible through PC and mobile. We can also invite other people and work collaboratively. Cons Not much to say as of now. Expect more project management features which can help us in detailed planning (such as sub tasks or projects to be done to reach the task assigned to the person). It takes you through nearly everything you'll need to consider (am racking my brain to find the gaps - will let you know when I do). It's a basic process but because of the software and ease of use it makes it easier to engage with than a traditional planning session. It's constantly growing and developing to be more useful and powerful. I just hope that it keeps it's elegants i.e. doesn't get too complex with too many features. Cons Not much - there are limitations, i.e. I tend to think in terms of user journey's, where as this is about tasks and teams. If there was a way to create a continuim of plans perhaps? Pros The winning feature of this tool is that you can formulate an incredibly comprehensive plan in a very short period of time. The creators clearly know their stuff when it comes to planning and this feeds through into every step of the plan building process. You come out with clear priorities and achievable actions. Love this tool! Cons We would love the ability to be able to link actions to our calendar so that we are able to track progress in terms of dates.
