There are so many areas to cover in business planning and so many can easily be missed. This software guides you through them all and keeps you focused. It's great to prepare a plan but if it isn't properly implemented then what was the point. This software manages the user through the plan and the implementation process. Gives the mentor/manager complete transparency and allows them to gently nudge anyone who isn't meeting deadlines on individual tasks. This really has been so well thought out and is an amazing tool for planning. Pros I've been business planning for clients for decades and I've seen nothing like this before. This tool is absolutely amazing. It is so intuitive and it makes the whole process so easy. It is jam-packed with tips and advice that takes experienced consultants decades to learn, all as part of the basic package for everyone to use. From a professional business consultant and qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant to both professionals and to businesses, this is the tool for you. If you are serious about beating the dropout stats and about growing your business into a big success, then you need Business Sorter. This software is life changing. Cons I wish I'd found it sooner. Great way to structure workshop conversations and to be able to cover so many potential business issues and opportunities. It then keeps businesses on track with making progress in working on their business rather than in it. Objectives, priorities and tasks can be regularly updated, with budgets, due dates and people assigned to each too. It is fantastic. " June 19, 2018 5.0 A great plan! Clearer priorities! Pros The winning feature of this tool is that you can formulate an incredibly comprehensive plan in a very short period of time. Love this tool! Cons We would love the ability to be able to link actions to our calendar so that we are able to track progress in terms of dates. June 20, 2018 5.0 Pros It's intuitive thorough and elegant. It takes you through nearly everything you'll need to consider (am racking my brain to find the gaps - will let you know when I do). It's a basic process but because of the software and ease of use it makes it easier to engage with than a traditional planning session. It's constantly growing and developing to be more useful and powerful. I just hope that it keeps it's elegants i.e. doesn't get too complex with too many features. Cons Not much - there are limitations, i.e. I tend to think in terms of user journey's, where as this is about tasks and teams. If there was a way to create a continuim of plans perhaps? Pros This is an amazing solution based on cards. Perfect for focusing on business problems and development, monitoring Your business in general. Perfect mix of most used tasks and procedures with personal (customized) requests, all in this interesting card format. Interesting help section. Cons Preferences are non-existent. User can't change currency or implement several currencies. More options are needed in some areas (especially in tasks). Made my planning process so much simpler than other formats I have used in the past. The biggest result so far for me is one of my staff members has found a new lease on life because they have a clear list of steps to take on a regular schedule to drive results. Before we used this tool we were going around in circles and everyone was getting frustrated. Now we have clear accountability, and everyone understands what part they have to do. I love using this! This tool is so simple to use and creates a usable working document in a short space of time which can be updated and reviewed at will. It can be created by anyone regardless of their level of knowledge and made as complex or as strightforward as required. Card sorting system helps us in identifying top priorities to meet our goals. 3. Easily accessible through PC and mobile. We can also invite other people and work collaboratively.
