It's great to double-check that the email account is live and not a throwaway email, which has been a huge pain. I may catch duplicate emails using the email duplication remover, which helps preserve our dataset's data consistency. Cons The detection accuracy is excellent, but it is too sluggish and takes too long to validate all listings. I had to turn on my computer all night for it to analyze everything. I've never really run into any issues when using the service. I recommend the pay as you go! Cons I did run into an issue one time where the service didn't fully capture all of the emails that should bounce. But it only happened once and I recognize that sometimes things slip by. This tool makes that process simple and also has API hooks so you can automate e-mail imports. Pricing is at or below industry standards from what I have seen. Cons The tool doesn't always filter out all of the "catch all" e-mails that get into lists, so more recognition of generic e-mail addresses that reach multiple recipients would help deliverability. We started with a free trial and got tons of emails verified each day - nothing is ever 100% perfect and I think there were as few as two errors in our first week. This plus the economical value is what made us choose to invest in this software and use it (at my former job). Another plus - customer service! The implementation team really helped my team get on board and comfortable with the product. Cons I didn't run into any issues or cons about this to be honest. I have been promoting with my own funds and reputation since February 2021 - And have 27 Pending payouts, Not received one pay out - Owed Between $300 - $500 - I have contacted Email list verify asking for clarification of the payout time frames and details. They happily replied to my message and then provided me with a follow up email to contact (Note: is the exact same email I sent the first request to) Email list verify is happy to assist when they thought I was a customer seeking assistance - Though when they learnt it was an inquiry in relation to the affiliate program and assisting with a payout they have completely ignored each message. I Have also spoken to their live chat received one reply - Then once they knew my question is about the affiliate payout no other reply. Just a terrible experience and business to deal with all round. Have basically given up hope of receiving owed commissions and felt obliged to leave a review to any potential affiliates to stay away and don't waste your time or marketing efforts. Pros Please note I have not used the software - Is simply a review based on my experience with the company and their communication practices. Cons Poor communication: Email list verify is happy to assist when they thought I was a customer seeking assistance - Though when they learnt it was an inquiry in relation to the affiliate program and assisting with a payout they have completely ignored each message. Pros We maintain a contact database with thousands of email addresses so it's very hard to spot duplicate entries and email addresses. With the email duplicate remover, I can catch duplicate emails, which helps towards maintaining the data integrity of our database. Cons It does take some time for the software to run through our email list and remove the duplicate addresses. Naturally, the reputation of my domain took a serious hit. Since I subscribed to Email List Verify, I was able to restore my domain's reputation. It's also a wonder tool for eliminating fake email addresses, which ultimately reduces operating costs. Cons It was a little hard to setup the API at first. Before we could approve their using the list for email marketing, it had to be cleaned of bad emails. Email List Verify made this super easy, straightforward, and quick at the best price on the market. Pros The UI is simple, clean, and easy to use. The directions are clear. And, the results are delivered in, literally, a minute or so with clear graphical results and easy export. Cons This was my first experience using this kind of service. Did my research prior and decided this is the best and, happily, there are no cons to using Email List Verify.
