Pros We wanted a lower cost alternative to DB cleansing companies and found this via Google. We found the results to be accurate and reduced the bouncebacks on our MailChimp campaigns by 40%. I chose it mainly for its price, as we have big lists to verify and money can make a difference. During my first try I had a few problems, though immediately solved by the customer support. After that all has been smooth and fast. Note: I always do a random double check on emails found to be invalid (I send test emails to from my gmail account). Cons Every now and again I've experienced a few technical issues/ downtime whilst trying to verify an email list, but the support I've received has always been excellent and any bugs were quickly rectified. After contacting support, I got the issue resolved, and now I use Email List Verify before I send out any campaign. As result of the software, I have good emails lists to work with very few unsubscribed or bounced emails. Pros It was easy to use. Email Lists that were rejected by my autoresponder were accepted after using this service. I got better results than with others list verifiers for less money. Account Managers told me that those emails were valid. Reached out to customer service to try to get a call setup - no response. Took the email disabled list and ran through NeverBounce & Kickbox. 260-ish WERE found to be valid via those two services (one reported 261, one reported 267). Tried to get clarify from customer service but again, no response. I can't recommend them based off this experience. Try something else. Pros It was easy to load your list. After using Email List Verify I realised that many of them were not valid so I earn some money on sending emails and I got best metrics avoiding those recipients who never would open the emails.
