Pros I love the functionality of this tool. It summarizes lease agreements, loan agreements, contracts, etc. in such a useful way. It offers users many templates for things the software is already designed to read within these files. For any unique fields, you can teach the software how to find what you are looking for. We always turn to the software in such situations, and would suggest the software to any team faced with such tasks. Pros Kira is very helpful in completing due diligence on contracts for which there is a form of agreement and for which there are numerous copies or variations of. In using the software, users are able to save a lot of time reviewing agreements. Further, Kira is great for text recognition of PDFs for which the text is unclear or grainy. These functionalities have assisted my team and I in saving a lot of time on what would otherwise be very time intensive projects. Cons Kira is less helpful when the diligence is composed of many different types of agreements, none of which are similar. In such case, though the software is easy to use, it may take the user the same amount or more time to complete the review of the agreements as the user must verify the software's review of each agreement.
