It was extremely frustrating have to get up every single time someone rang the bell and then had to run around the entire building trying to track this one person down. Welkio has completely solved this issue for us. When I first brought it to the attachment of management they didn't have visibility to how many people actually come to visit besides a paper sign in sheet. When they saw the numbers they were blown away. The fact that we no longer have to get up every time the bell rings has increased productivity over all. Anyone can relate to that feeling of being right in the middle of something only to be interrupted and then have to come back to your desk to pick up where you left off. Welkio solves all of this. We also had stacks of paper NDA's that sat in a file and had to be resigned when visitors would come in and we had a new front desk person. Welkio keeps track of all of this. No more paper sign in sheets that show vendor/customer information. I really cant speak more highly of this program. We absolutely love it. It is easy to use, it gives our office a good first impression and changes themes to match the holidays! I don't have to worry about being at the front desk all of the time and I love that employees get notifications when they have a visitor. As the Receptionist for a company that is PCI compliant it can be challenging to check-in guests. Welkio has significantly improved this process. It also provides great reporting features and provides customization (that you can edit yourself from the dashboard) based on your Companies needs.
