It satisfied our needs - that being inspections, residential reports, etc. Definitely not an incapable software at all. Cons We found our ability to take advantage of the software limited by the confusing user experience. Also, while not inexpensive, alternatives that are more intuitive to learn will save money in the long run through a reduced need to train staff and increased productivity in the field. Our team switched to GoCanvas - cheaper, more comprehensive, and more robust.
