"Love this app"
Overall: I've tried all inventory apps on the market and can easily say this is the best. It's made my life so much easier.
"Passable, But Alternatives Offer More For Less"
Pros: Our team and I used InventoryBase for a couple months before switching over to an alternative. It satisfied our needs - that being inspections, residential reports, etc. Definitely not an incapable software at all.
Cons: We found our ability to take advantage of the software limited by the confusing user experience. Also, while not inexpensive, alternatives that are more intuitive to learn will save money in the long run through a reduced need to train staff and increased productivity in the field. Our team switched to GoCanvas - cheaper, more comprehensive, and more robust.
"Much prefer to use alternative 'InventoryHive'"
Overall: eurgh.
Pros: features were ok but I prefer InventoryHive, everything is smoother.
Cons: Customer support was rubbish when dealing with my account issue. Inventorybase branding in your face on reports.
