I have been matched with two mentees and we got along great! The reporting is easy to use and the education is thorough. Pros Easy to use program with lots of education options. I received good matching for my both of my mentees. Cons The On Demand education does not provide a completion certificate to prove that you completed the module. Even though I was skeptical to have a Mentor outside of my field in the beginning, I am glad it was outside of my field. The time we invested in this program, was worth it. Pros There were a few things I liked about the mentorcliQ, like, Reporting, Library feature for additional content, Mentor-Mentee matching Cons There was nothing in particular to dislike about mentorcliQ. There is always room for improvement, but not that I could point out.
