Cons You only have access to the section defined by your company, and in my case they are very limited, so I always wonder if there is something else from the tool (or resources from other programs) that I could be missing. The platform is easy to use and makes managing mentoring programs so much simpler. I especially appreciate how it automates the matching process and helps create meaningful connections between people—it really delivers on its purpose. The support team has also been great whenever I needed help. There are a few areas that could be improved, like making reporting more intuitive and adding more flexibility for customization, but those are minor compared to the overall value it provides. Pros I really appreciated how easy the platform is to use. The interface is intuitive, so setting up and managing mentoring programs doesn’t feel complicated at all. I also love how it automates the matching process—it saves a lot of time and makes everything more efficient. Plus, it genuinely helps people connect and grow professionally, which is the whole point of mentoring. The support team is also great; whenever I had questions, they were quick and helpful. Cons Honestly, the platform is great overall, but if I had to pick something, it would be the lack of flexibility in customizing certain features. Cons Finding the current enrolled program schedule was not that easy, had yo navigate a bit the place to find were i can find my open points and to do's. Pros the overall process was great. The one thing that stood out to me that most was the easy and accurate process of mentee to mentor pairing. Cons the one thing I disliked the most was the amount of pressure that was put on the mentee to be responsible for scheduling all meetings. The team there is extremely knowledgeable, flexible and a pleasure to work with. Pros Mentocliq enabled our organization to go from a very manual match process with 80 matches that took almost an hour per match, to a 500+ match program that now takes minutes to match. The software is easy to use and they continue to make improvements over time. I'm very satisfied with the application so far. Cons At first the phone app was a little clunky but there has been upgrades and now it has gotten much better. Equally, the MentorcliQ team has been excellent to work with by providing quarterly summaries and reviews, timely support, flexibility and expertise with short turnaround times. Pros The SMART match and the matching success rate. Cons The reporting features could be better when it comes to highlighting the number of times an individual has participated and completed the program. May 1, 2023 5.0 The platform helped me create a formalized mentoring program for the first time in our department. We are in the middle of our first cycle, but I am hoping that this program helps enrich our younger talent to build their skills, strengths, and confidence to succeed in the workplace. I am also hoping that this formal mentoring program will help people build their internal network in our department, encourage knowledge sharing, and eventually build a stronger informal mentoring culture within the department. Pros The platform greatly simplifies the process of running a formal mentoring program. The support from mentorcliQ is fantastic and definitely aids in making the software even easier to use. As a program administrator, this software saves me a lot of time and allows me to spend a greater portion of my time focusing on my main responsibilities as an engineer. Cons I would like the option to customize a bit more, especially in the surveys that are automatically sent out. Also, the preview message could be improved - it seems like there might be bugs as I usually can't see the links that are added or what the email will truly look like on the receivers end.
