This makes customers feel empowered and helped increase sales revenue for our business. We always get compliments on how easy and straight forward this design feature is. Prior to working with Peter on our carport builder most of our sales were over the phone, even though we had products listed on our website through a basic cart. Once we launched our configurator our online total sales transitioned from 12% to 45% within the first month. Because of the work Peter did for us these sales are on top of our usual sales and with no manpower needed by our employees. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to increase sales on their website. We have been using Synoptive for 3 years now and will continue long into the future! Above this, the back end software was already capable of doing everything I needed and more to create a very robust and dynamic product configurator. When we needed more functionality/custom development, everything was reasonable and, more importantly (to me), was fully functional by my required deadline. I had absolutely no trouble navigating the simple XML code used to modify my site quickly and painlessly, and with it being in XML, it was very easy to understand what was going on without much coding background. I would probably say the only downside would be that you need some type of coding knowledge as there's no simplified GUI to make it easier for people who only know how to or only want to point and click.
