I've enjoyed doing business with AntiqueSoft and all those associated. Everyone is very kind.

Pros

The fact that my dealers can check their own sales is invaluable. So happy to have this feature. I also really love being able to connect with support nearly 24/7.

Cons

In the beginning, it seemed quite confusing, but I've come to appreciate everything the program has to offer.

Reason for choosing AntiqueSoft

While Quail is more streamlined, user friendly, and intuitive, it doesn't offer the ability to credit dealers, which was a deal breaker for me. In addition, it felt the customer service element for Quail wasn't near the caliber of AntiqueSoft.

### "Excellent Customer Service"

Very positive. Good program, easy to use, usually no issues but whenever something comes up we are always helped quickly and efficiently.

Pros

Program is dependable and fairly easy to navigate. We use it extensively on a daily basis. Whenever an issue comes up we just have to call the team and they get everything sorted. Have even customized features to make the program work better for us. While it is a good program and I have no particular gripes it is the absolutely amazing customer service that is the single most irreplaceable feature. Cannot say enough positive things about the team.

Cons

Being able to access dates is the only real issue that we have. Customers often ask for discounts and our ability to give them is tied to how long an item has been in stock. We also have a lot of consignment items so being able to tell at a glance how long a piece has been in would help us stay on top of scheduled markdowns.

Awesome! Easy to use with the support when you need it. They take care of any issue quickly—with fast updates— and I have had no down time. Smooth operation for years and we do crazy volume in sales. I highly recommend!

Pros

It was similar to our first operative system in that our dealers were not restricted only to pricing online but we could still type in the data because we still have dealers using hand written price tags. So you can type it in and scan it in. The online sales look up really saved my cashiers time in receiving phon calls to check sales. Now sellers can check online at anytime. \[sensitive content hidden\] are always helpful and we have been running smoothly for years. They are very easy to talk to.

Cons

I wish we could have an option to combine sales orders. We using pending a lot and it would be easier to merge orders if needed. Sometimes orders get split up but yet we’re to be together. We love the system tho! Just a thought.

Reason for choosing AntiqueSoft

The data entry was very similar to our way outdated system. With everything online (wasn’t prior) helps our sellers restock faster too. Online daily sales look up was huge for us.

AntiqueSoft is ALWAYS there when I need them. If I EVER have a question or problem \[sensitive content hidden\], \[sensitive content hidden\], & the team is there immediately to help!

Pros

Impactful features are the ease of entering new vendors, choosing their booth location, using the per dem, and taking payment in a few straightforward steps.

Cons

As with any software, the more you use it the more comfortable you become with it. The feature most difficult for me is the vendor history. I can't figure it out. Maybe it needs more description? I have never been able to understand it.

Pros

I search many software companies for our business and found AntiqueSoft to be by far the best. We have used them for over 10 years. The system fits our business model and has many good features.

Cons

I don't have any major cons with the AntiqueSoft system. They take action to improve the systems with input from the users.

As our business has increased it has been very helpful to add new vendors with ease. It is also nice to know that if you ever have a problem they are there to help you resolve the issue quickly.

Pros

We are extremely happy with the ease of use of this product. The help desk is always ready to help and are very easy to contact.

Cons

We did not have an existing system when we started with Antique Soft. It would be helpful if you could enter a particular item into the system and set it as tax exempt (example food).

This program simplifies the tracking of 300 vendors in our Antique and Vintage Marketplace.

Pros

Handles layaway sales. Handles resale certificate tracking for wholesale customers. Allows direct real-time web inquiry for our vendors which helps save us time answering phone calls about vendors sales. Allows tracking of inventory for our consignment program. Easy to use floor plan for booth layout.

Cons

It does not support our Sage Accounting program and we just don't want to switch to quickbooks.

Due to the nature of our vendor mall it is imperative we have a system that keeps track of our vendor sales. Antique Soft seamlessly helps us to manage our business. The support is outstanding. After 7 years of relying on the support team we can always count on them to answer and resolve any issues. Thank you !!!!

There really is nothing negative about Antique Soft. If we have any issue it is immediately resolved.

This program saves me so much time. One click of a button I can close out the month end reports. It is very simple and dependable.

Pros

Easy of use. Tech support is the best! Always willing to help no matter how easy or hard I need help with. Very knowledgeable which is a big plus!

Cons

There maybe other things I can do with this program that I am not aware. It would be nice to have a list of things it can do specifically for my type of business
