Pros The concept is really good, it helped to increased our sales and the customer service is second to none. I had he pleasure to deal with a great integration customer consultant with a name of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and happened to bump into each other like a date. He helped me to improve my site by adding a better marketing functionalities, adjust my cart and just guided me to ensure I could promote this service greater. Cons I can't complain as I am not the customer. So far all my customers have been using this are happy. I'd add the billing and shipping to match as I lately needed to follow with this. They made the changes within a few minutes and the result was wonderful. The app is very intuitive and easy to use as a merchant and customer. I highly recommend you use this because it will increase your conversion rates. Cons None, there are not cons about this software. I'm trying to convince my company to switch to afterpay. Much better platform & the integration with wordpress is amazing. Pros The price. The price is the best thing about this platform. The price is the main reason my company chose this company to use as our payment plan option. Customers can choose their own plan, how much they want to put down and how often they want to pay over time. There's no APR or credit check. Cons The integration with wordpress is horrible. Customers cannot add coupon codes like they can when they choose the regular checkout option. The tax also isn't always correct. The integration with Woocommerce was incredibly easy and it connected easily to Stripe as well for payments. Customer service was also incredible and it looks great on the website. Cons There are other payment option patforms available for small businesses to offer customers that take the risk out completely for the business.
