Pros

Ease of customer use. Fairly easy to set up. Obviously its a benefit to the customer. Inexpensive fees.

Cons

That there are no shipping options. It would be nice for the customer to be able to select a shipping option and then a fee to be charged on top of that. Right now I have to guess how much shipping would be based on price which has no rhyme or reason.

Again, having the flexibility to offer payment plans to my customers is awesome!

Pros

I like the concept of breaking up my customers payments across a timeframe. It made sense once I got the hang of it.

Cons

The UI could have been a bit clearer, but it wasn't insurmountable... it just took longer than I'd hoped to get up and running.

Pros

I liked the fact that I didn't have to do much too send out invoices. I really can't add additional pros due to I didn't get to experience the software that long.

Cons

My least thing that I didn't like is that I was allowed to setup an account and about a week or two get notification that I couldn't continue with software

Nothing. Used it 1 time then learned I can do the same thing with Paypal for less fees.

Pros

You can easily split invoice into multiple payments. I'm would imagine this program can do more but I only used it a short time.

Cons

Only con is the fee. I realized other programs I was already using could also allow multiple payments with out the fee.

Pros

I liked how it easily breaks down payments in a way that is easy for the customer to understand. I also like the print option.

Cons

Initially setting up was a bit confusing, a good walkthrough at the start would be good. Took a few extra looks over documentation to get used to it.

I love that the system is super simplified and concentrates on business owner needs, we don't have much time to dig into complexities of some similar services out there.

Cons

It needs some more functionalities but I would say that main goal should be maintaining simplicity and accessibility.

Pros

Simplified interface that is easy to see through. Unfortunately there are no more pros I could tell as of now.

Cons

There is no chance to skip a month or reschedule, but sometimes it could be helpful. No PayPal paying method, only Credit/Debit Card.

It gives an opportunity to broke big price to small payments, so customers can pay it over time for extra percent.

Cons

Pros

Says what it does on the tin, Simple to use and straing to the point. Very well set up for customers

People are not aware of the benefit more marketing need to be done for people to understand the benefits.

customer payment flexibility. STRIPE. partner with paypal to speed up the ACH process. I am not using partially anymore for payment plans because of this solely.

Pros

Easy to use. Great that you can just add a payment plan and the client pays you on time so don't need to spend time chasing and worrying about unpaid invoices. Contract integration feature is good - to get a contract signed at the same time as setting up a payment plan.

Cons

Would be good to integrate with Xero as that's what we use for accounting software, but I understand this is being considered

Pros

I like that the software lets you get the analytics necessary to see which payment plans are working and which aren't. This helps you structure the payment plans better.

Cons

I dislike that the customer doesn't know about partially until they get to checkout. I wish there was a way to highlight the app before they hit checkout so the customers knew that there is different a payment method.

Pros

Super simple to set up, implement on the site, and to process payments for the customer. We even had a customer accidentally duplicate a payment, and refunding the duplicate was easy as cake and processed immediately.

Cons

I wish it were a button on the actual checkout page of Shopify, but it works fine on the cart page - customers can see it easily.
