Overall, my experience with Communicator has been awesome, it helps me improves my statistics.

Pros

I am currently using communicator as my main calling system , It integrate well with the ATS I am using, just a click & the calling starts, no copy-paste hassle. the best feature I like is the Online-Self Care section, it gives me a lot of insight about my daily activity; number of calls I made, talk time , no of answered calls, voice record of every call (downloadable/shareable)

Cons

Some how I tried to install the mobile version in my phone, while scanning the QR code, I am not able to activate my same account in the mobile, since I can use it in my system there should be no admin requirements to use it on my mobile.
