Parents found the application very easy to use, often stopping me or dropping by my office to ensure that we continue to use Scholastico for future conference scheduling. Warren was also very helpful with getting up and running as well as integrating new suggestions into the app. Overall, I highly recommend this application for scheduling parent teacher conferences. We have received many, many thank you emails, smiley faces and thumbs ups from the community. The only challenge for us was in exporting some teacher, student, parent and course data from our SIS to Scholastico before opening for bookings, but the technical documentation provided by Scholastico was very succinct and clear, and we got prompt email support when we had questions. Next time round, we'll have the right queries saved in our SIS so the process should be a breeze. It also didn't hurt that this product has flexible pricing model and is much more reasonably priced than our previous system.
