Now that we have it, we discovered the inconsistencies of the report but Amare is not getting a positive response. We even being asked to justify. Pros Can easily deploy to other stores and changes can be done by the user Cons Report inconsistencies. BIR reports doesn't match with back office reports Customer care support do not respond to the concern of the customer. Keep on insisting what Storehub have. Pros Great Functionality, Impressive overall system designs, good reports layout and eye catching features Cons MOST lousy support that have ever, despite got online chat support, and good system guides, but when actually have issues, no support able to provide any feedback instantly. How do F&B business deal with system hiccups on the spot---all the time, when virtually no solutions can be given, and only can rely on constant email responses from more experienced people... We have many items and to finish the setting up takes a lot of time. We are not yet using the software and we are being billed! Pros Inventory - the system works as a retail system but it won't beat the latest eCommerce Cons NO FEATURE TO EDIT THE BACK END, no support to edit the codes for search engine optimisation, it's a store yes but there is no facility for search engine. Nonetheless, StoreHub is still my #1 choice when new businesses come and ask me for advice on which POS system to use. It's really easy to setup and use. The best thing about Cloud POS systems like Storehub is that you can view your sales anywhere you go. You don't have to be in store to check! I also love the sales reporting tools which allowed me to track changes to sales patterns on each item, category, by week or by month. Other features I loved: - Conditional discounts - you could set discounts for say 3 item purchases, set a promotional period where prices went down during that time and went back up after - Member - you can create member accounts for loyalty (let your members earn points when they shop with you) - Credit card payments - I didn't use this feature but I always liked the idea of having one system integrated, instead of having to deal with card payments separately. If you have a high volume of cc payments, this would be an ideal match. Support is great also. You can usually get any issues resolved within 24 hours, often less! Cons The prices for the base and medium plan is quite limiting. This was one of the reasons why the business I was running StoreHub for decided to leave. I wish StoreHub could increase the number of product listings for each of these plans. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid system!
