"Enhancing Field Workforce Efficiency and Operational Visibility with MobiWork"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with MobiWork has been positive. It has helped bring more structure and visibility to our field operations, making it easier for teams to stay aligned and for leadership to understand what’s happening in real time. In a large, fast-moving environment like iQor, that level of clarity makes a noticeable difference.

**Pros:** What I like most about MobiWork is that it helps bring structure and visibility to day-to-day operations without making things overly complicated. In a fast-paced environment like iQor, it's important to have a tool that keeps teams connected, tasks on track, and information easily accessible. The workflow automation features have helped reduce repetitive manual work, allowing teams to focus more on execution and customer outcomes. I also find the asset management capabilities useful because they provide a clear view of resources and help prevent things from slipping through the cracks. The reminders and notifications are another feature I appreciate—they help keep everyone aligned on priorities and deadlines without the need for constant follow-ups.

**Cons:** If I had to point out one downside, it would be that MobiWork can take some time to get fully comfortable with, especially for new users. There are a lot of features available, which is great, but it can feel a bit overwhelming during the initial setup and onboarding process. We've also experienced occasional glitches or minor system issues from time to time, though nothing that significantly impacted our operations. There are moments when I wish certain reports were easier to customize or that notifications offered a little more flexibility based on individual preferences.

"More bang for your buck, but you got what you pay for. Very customizable but very buggy. "

**Overall:** Working with tech support is frustrating because they just give you pushback every time you submit a bug. If you can't tell them exactly how to recreate it they push it back on you to tell them how to recreate it before they'll even submit it to their technical team. This waits a lot of my time helping them with their software development and quality assurance as a customer. I don't work in their software development team. I pay them for the software service and I expect the software to work. They should do their own quality assurance but it's obvious they're not doing any of it. It's painfully obvious that the features and quality of the Android app software is of the lowest priority to MobiWork. There are several features in there like scheduling that just don't work well at all and are very difficult to use in the Android app. The website scheduling works great and is fully featured. Don't buy this product if you're a sole proprietor and expected you all of your work through the Android app because that's not what they have provided or plan to provide. Most of the bugs are in the Android app and they seem to think that that fixing them is a low priority. This is likely because they put most of their effort and features and priorities into the web application which is what most of the office workers use to do all of the scheduling and billing at most of their customers.

**Pros:** The price was very reasonable compared to the competitors. It's feature Rich and very customizable. You can customize the notifications, email or text message templates, And they'll customize the look and feel of the application for you and your customers PDFs like invoices and work orders, etc. the website has a lot of great features and works really well most of the time. You get a lot of value for your money.

**Cons:** It's very buggy. Almost every new release includes new bugs that they did not know about. As a previous software developer, it is obvious that there is not any quality control in their software development process. I report a few bugs every month and I've been using it for a year and a half. The quality of the software is a low priority or just not even considered at all. It seems as though they're software development process is completely outsourced and poorly managed. I thought just submitting all the bugs to them would be enough to get them to improve the quality of the software but new bugs still come out with most software release. The problem isn't the backlog of bugs that are marked low priority and not fixed for quite a while. The problem is that quality assurance is not part of their software development process so there are always going to be new bugs.
