We are able to consolidate numerous other ways of doing day to day business into one spot. Being able to have custom created forms was great.

Pros

This was a very easy transition to setting this up and being up and running. Crew members find it easy to navigate and use.

Cons

Would really like to be able to text out to users as a group.

So far its been a great experience, as I am new to this platform i will review after a full year. The support staff have been more then accommodating and are eager to assist us with any issues that arise.

Pros

I like the ability to use this platform not only for work order scheduling but also for asset management. It has been vital to our success as a Biomed Team.

Cons

Any issues that we have been experiencing, are issues that all first time users run into. Change is difficult, even if its positive change. In time everything will be running smoothly!

Pros

The picture taking and being able to relate it to a job is really important.

Cons

Software lags a lot, scheduling and job management was not easy. Set up was easy but no help with integration into the company and we were left to our own devices.

Highly customizable. The development team helped us create a product specific to our needs

Cons

It took some time to determine what our specific needs were, but we greatly appreciated the guidance of the development team to get what we wanted and even features that we didn't even know that we needed!

Great program - many customers contacted me almost immediately to say "whoaaaa - what program is that? i need to check that out for my business"

Pros

program was the answer to our routing management problems and communication challenges - the implementation through \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and team was one of the best experiences i have had with any software program we have converted to

Cons

A little boxy at first right "out of the box", until we were able to get the implementation team to craft just the right message on the "we are through with the job" e mail to customers - Implementation team was very willing to work with us on changing this and they wound up getting it just right

First year was rough. It was a lot of learning how the software worked, and doing lots of inputs. Seemed like there was no end to it. The second year around, our team started understanding how helpful this software is to our growing HVAC Company.

Pros

This software has changed and shaped out business to making more money and being more organized. Just like any other software out there, it will take some time to dial in what you want/need out of it. Mobi is a very useful tool. I was happy to be part of growing company. Their team is great and helpful. I used to be the Notebook type, pen and paper type. Now I dont even have a notebook. All the notes are on Mobi.

Cons

Very satisfied. Willing to talk someone through things if they need an opinion from an actual user.

It was based out of the free state of Florida. (There's some benefits to that, if you know you know.)

Pros

Being able to fill out my forms after a job and having them go to the office and our project managers have cut down on a lot of time. In addition, we have utilized google sheets with built in Links in MobiWork to help manage large jobs!

Cons

I would like the ability to be able to pull information when I'm filling a form (outside of a work order) with information from my work orders for the day.

MobiWork has customizable forms that you can track almost anything. It is one of the easiest for those on the field to navigate. Tracks almost all aspects of dispatching and maintenance business.

There are no real cons. There is a learning curve, but once you get set up it is a breeze.

Pros

We are now able to track our service engineers locations and work completed with all team members having access at all times. Mobiwork even created custom reports for us to track critical processes that we need to track daily.

There was a learning initially but know we have all the information that we need at our fingertips with the help of the great training team at Mobiwork!

Pros

One of the things I liked most about MobiWork was its mobile-centric approach to field service management. The software provided a user-friendly mobile application that allowed field technicians to access job information, update work orders, and capture data directly from their devices. This mobility and real-time connectivity significantly improved efficiency and communication in the field. The software's GPS tracking feature also provided valuable insights into technician locations and helped optimize scheduling and routing.

Cons

I was involved in the initial setup and data population. I create maintenance or service work orders and dispatch to my technicians. If they get caught on a jobsite I can easily drag their work order to a different time or day.

Pros

The ability to drill down on equipment history was a must. Our customers wanted to see all maintenance and every repair that had been completed.

Cons

I wanted a basic, basic system but could not find one. At least MobiWork did not require me to build multiple modules that I didn't need just in order for the system to work.

Pros

The ability to update my delivery location was huge. Many times a new construction sites address is not in the system yet, being able to add a pin drop for future deliveries for our other drivers has been really helpful. Also being able to add contact and change contacts is very helpful!

Cons

For our company we can choose our route based on our day, it would be nice being able to arrange our work orders from the App with a drag and drop to reorganize.

I like the quotes the software generates. They look very professional.

Cons

There are some things that aren't done the way I would like them, but they are willing to listen and have already modified some of those things for no charge for us.
