September 7, 2022 4.0 I really enjoy using it, it has made my process over all easier! Pros In the past, we used all hard copies with carbon copies to capture signatures. Now that we have gone to MobiWork, capturing signatures and pictures in the field is so easy. Best part is being able to go back and track previous deliveries now that everything is digital. Cons Having the ability from the app to organize my delivery route from the App by clicking and dragging would be nice. Cons Updating the UI would be nice; however, that is just a slight personal preference. This has helped improve my experience and the customers in knowing they are getting the right product.
