Application is very good. Easy to operate, easy to create diet plan workout plan. Overall it's a very good application.

Pros

I have used a fitness training application of a brand before too. But the application of My PT HUB is very good, it's easy to use. and you can easy to use. And you can easily design the diet plan, workout plan and fitness program of your Clint and can easily handle. So according to me this is a very good application and it is value for money.

Cons

Everything is fine, but you will have to work a little on the process and price of the application's customisation feature.

The customer service is impeccable they always get back to you within a very short time frame. I have been using this app a long time now and it’s the only one I’ve stayed with. I have tried others but none worked for me as well as this one.

Pros

Great value for money and clients like the simplicity of the app. The videos are easy to follow and it’s easy to track sets and reps. Even the recorded follow along videos work with no issues.

Cons

The food logging is not as straight forward as clients would like. Clients would also like to see a follow along workout option (example of the exercise on loop) rather than clicking on the small thumbnails to see an example of the exercises.

Clean, easy to use for both my clients and myself. Affordable for a trainer like myself that isn't interested in 100's of clients to cover my costs... but works with me being a more low client base, high quality training programmes with time to connect with the wider family or wellbeing of clients

Pros

The templates are really helpful and easy to access. Even though I completely customize to make exercises and nutrition to what I need, I appreciate the templates for the cosmetic aspects of a visual online program

Cons

Not enough exercise video's available, am needing to make quite a few. I'll probably have to buy more space to house my exercise video's

Overall very positive - it would be the icing on the cake if the above issues were to be resolved/added :)

Pros

The customer support is great. They always respond promptly and are super friendly. The interface of the app is user-friendly and the functionality exceeds that of the previous app I was using. It is value for money considering the functionality - especially with the discount for the first two months!

Cons

There are a couple of features I'd really like to see that aren't currently available, e.g. the ability for clients to pause recurring payments e.g. if they end up in credit, to save me having to refund them for missed sessions. Also, I find it really frustrating that habits have to be set either as a one-off, or a minimum of every day - but nothing in between! I'd love to be able to set clients habits to do 1-3 times per week! Finally, I wasn't aware that setting up recurring payments carried an additional 0.7% stripe fee, (in addition to the transaction fee), so I set up all my packages as recurring and then regretted it! It would be helpful if this was mentioned in the 'packages' tutorial. When I spoke to support about this, the person I spoke to didn't know about these extra fees. I worked it out by speaking to Stripe and passed the information back to the MyPTHub support.

I can't complain at all. It's been very nice to have more control over the way I build programs and support my clients' goals. There's a reason I made the switch.

Pros

I've used a different coaching app for the past 5yrs, but MyPTHub offers a lot better options, overall. Building customized programs, and the overall functionality and user interface has been a lot better (in terms of quality) experience compared to the client-coach app I've been using.

Cons

It would be nice to have a few general pre-loaded workout sessions I can load for clients to workout to in real time, when getting started with the app. That way I could hit the ground running with some of those, rather than recording my own workout sessions to load later on.

Joining Pt Hub as a coach has been a really positive experience.The set up process was straight forward and the platform is easy to navigate. I like how organised everything is from creating programmes and uploading content to managing clients and tracking their progress. Overall I’m really happy with the platform and exited to keep growing with it.

What I like most about My PT Hub is how easy it is to use as a coach. Everything is organised from creating programs to tracking clients, progress and it helps me feel confident and professional while building my coaching business. I love the user experience I am able to customize and create. The Security is also well established for Payment Processing .

Pros

Love the pricing the most. Lots of Value for Money. And I have not experienced any Bugs and Issues unlike the last few platforms I used.

Cons

Navigating the back-office for setup is a bit more tedious than other platforms i have used. But they have Customer Support

My overall experience with My PT Hub has been positive. The platform offers a wide range of features for building and delivering workout and nutrition plans, tracking client progress, and managing payments—all in one place. It’s user-friendly once you get the hang of the backend, and I appreciate how easily I can scale my services as my client base grows. The automation tools, habit tracking, and forms are invaluable, and I like that it integrates smoothly with Stripe. That said, the design could feel a bit dated. Still, for the price and the functionality, it’s a solid choice, especially if you’re running group programs or offering hybrid coaching.

### "Just what I needed"

Modern coaching app that seems to be geared towards making the life of personal trainers easier by eliminating a lot of admin work.

Pros

Very modern look and a ton of premade content that can be easily modified to save a lot of time designing programs.

Cons

I wish there were more subscription options for trainers to select from. Going from 3 to unlimited clients is nice but a tier in between would be better.

Its been great ~ no client complaints! still learning more and have not come across anything difficult, the platform seems pretty easy!

Pros

This is cost efficient! User friendly for both clients and myself! Workouts are easy to put together with minimum effort! Keeps my clients accountable most of all!

Cons

Not much! wish there was maybe more options to customize! The pricing was fair however it was double the price to upgrade to unlimited use!

8/10, honestly it's an amazing app, I've only used this one and trainerize before but for coaches this one is way more user friendly and my clients had no trouble using it!

Pros

It's really good! It's very easy to use, very user friendly! Value for money is amazing to be honest and the option to have unlimited clients is simply AMAZING!

Cons

Language settings, All of my clients are from Latin america, thankfully all of them speak English but would be nice to have Spanish settings too! Also, there are some exersices that only have an image to show how to do it, and sometimes this image is cropped and you can't see it completely!

not to bad, needs a option on the app to make payments or change payment details, also it would be good to be able to upload videos for custom workouts

easy to use, great having good templates to work with also, awesome being able to chat with clients on the app

Cons

the price increase and the fact that i upgraded and paid twice, the communication was not good at all, you said i was only paying the arrears but the invoice quite clearly says its for the upgrade plan at full price, then i had to upgrade again with the 70% off deal, i really hope i dont get charged twice next month

If it then cancels, it will ask you to pay for the month that was missed, before upgrading once again. You can upload videos to workouts through the 'Custom Exercise' area. so far been easy to use- I've tried ever fit and Kahunas. and this seems to be the best out the 3 will slowly be transferring client's to this app

Pros

\-my fitness pal links up -easy to use/ add to programs - easy to compare clients last workouts/ change what needs to be changes - i like the AI features summarises the check ins to make life easier replying back (saved me a good 15 minutes!

Cons

\- wish it counted down the rest in the app for clients only just been using it for 1 week so this is from my experience so far

### "Really Good App"

Very good overall, probably the best workout and nutrition app out there. Needs to be that progression aspect though, to make it easier for the trainer.

Pros

Very easy app to use, very simple for logging food and a massive library for creating workouts. For £15 a month, its really good value for money for the app that you get. Quick customer support as well. Set up is very easy with the tutorial videos being especially helpful.

Cons

When you have assign a workout to a program, then do that workout, you will inevitably make changes. However, those changes don't transfer onto the workout for the next week. For example, if I make changes to Push Week 1, when I come to doing Push on Week 2, it gives me the old pre changes version of Push Week 1, so there's no genuine way of tracking each workout onto the next. What should ideally happen is you assign a workout (Push Wk1), make changes if needed when you do it, save that workout, then it automatically carries that changed session onto the next time you do that session (Push Wk2), with all the changes you made during Push Wk1 already there.

Great, my clients have been enjoying it too and it's come in super handy for adding value to my in person 1:1 sessions too - for example when clients have been going on holiday or have received additional physio workouts we've been able to plug that into the app and assign it to them so it's all in one place and helping them stay on top of it.

Pros

Customer support has been excellent and super responsive any time I've had to ask a quick questions. Value for Money is also great, particularly if you are running an online/Hybrid business.

Cons

I found the templates a little bit tricky at first however once I found the right resources to explain how to use them all it was easy.

So far my experience has been very positive. As a new user, it’s been easy to get started and I really like how professional and well-structured the platform feels. It makes online coaching feel just as organised and motivating as in-person training. I’m excited to keep using it as I continue my fitness journey.

Pros

The platform is really easy to use and everything I need is in one place. I love being able to access my workouts, track progress, message my coach, and log my nutrition all from the same app. It keeps me organised and makes staying consistent much easier.

Cons

There is a small learning curve at the beginning while you get used to where everything is, but once you’ve explored the app it becomes very straightforward.

I have tried many fitness apps for my coaching business. Some weren't user-friendly, and others were just too expensive. It's really easy to use and add clients to. It's also really easy to assign any workouts/meal plans to clients. The only thing i would add to the workout section is an option to allow for circuit workouts as at the moment i have had to upload these separately. This still doesn't take it away from how good the app is.

Pros

Easy to use, user-friendly, professional-looking app for my customers. The pricing is good too. Better than other apps.

Cons

The workout section could do with an addition as i have listed below. Maybe I missed this part but i couldn't see an option to allow for subscriptions? Also with the chat function is there a way to create a community for the clients?

I really enjoy the overall experience using pt hub with it providing everything you need to coach clients with the full approach covering their workouts, nutrition, support and accountability tools.

Pros

I like that the app covers everything when you have online clients, you can provide them with workouts , nutrition, habit tracking , check in forms. It really does cover all bases without having to go on multiple different platforms.

Cons

There is nothing I can think of that I don’t like about using my Pt Hub , possibly the cost of only having 3 clients for a certain amount or needing to get premium. And not having the option to do a month to month membership only 12 month.

Overall, really enjoying it's ease of use and the way things just 'make sense' in the app. The onboarding process is easy and it is enjoyable to use for both client and trainer.

Pros

Favourite part of the app is the ability to chat, and really personalise each clients programming in a variety of ways.

Cons

Basically pushes you to purchase the higher priced subscription if you have more than three clients.

Overall very pleased with everything. I think it’s easy for both me and my clients to use and it’s easy to make changes.

Pros

I really like the overall app. The customer support is great! I like that you can make your own workouts and exercises individually to the client.

Cons

I have a few clients who aren’t as used to English and therefore I would request more languages for these clients - ex Norwegian 😊

Pros

User friendly. Desktop and mobile app are both very good. Love the way that I can use it to interact with my clients.

Cons

Not a lot that I can find thus far. One thing I realized is that when I tried to create a profile for my clients, if I click somewhere outside the profile generation box, the whole thing will disappear. Some kind of bugs to be fixed.
