Overall it’s been a very pleasant experience it’s actually my least stressful app I use for my business and the cost is very sufficient for what you get.

Pros

This software I’ve been using since 2017 so 8 yrs I’ve been a subscription holder I’ve even tried other softwares during the time and nothing compares to what you get for your money, functionality and overall features. I thought the grass could be greener on the other side but the overall offers and features in my pt hub do not compare. I’ve always got the highest level of assist as well when I’ve experienced any issues or problems, it was handled right away.

Cons

Some of the bug issues and saving information. Also the in-app usage of course you have completely different options when using online sometimes it freezes. I do hope for more potential automation options.

The customer service is impeccable they always get back to you within a very short time frame. I have been using this app a long time now and it’s the only one I’ve stayed with. I have tried others but none worked for me as well as this one.

Pros

Great value for money and clients like the simplicity of the app. The videos are easy to follow and it’s easy to track sets and reps. Even the recorded follow along videos work with no issues.

Cons

The food logging is not as straight forward as clients would like. Clients would also like to see a follow along workout option (example of the exercise on loop) rather than clicking on the small thumbnails to see an example of the exercises.

Overall a solid positive. Given the other options it gives the most flexibility for the cost, without losing core functions.

Pros

More features than other PT platforms like Trainerize. Better branding, better comms. MUCH better form creation and onboarding, in fact this is the minimum I will expect from other platforms.

Cons

Workout creation options are a bit weird (it's missing circuits, tabata etc). It's not a showstopper but it does mean I have to get creative.

I liked how user-friendly it was for both coaches and clients, especially the exercise library and program delivery. The ability to customize workouts and track progress helped keep clients engaged and accountable. It streamlined day-to-day operations and saved time on programming, messaging, and tracking results.”

Cons

The user interface could be more intuitive, especially when managing multiple clients or programs. Occasional technical glitches and slower load times impacted efficiency. Reporting and analytics could be more robust for tracking long-term client progress. Certain workflows required extra steps, which could slow down programming and updates

### "A solid platform with great customer support."

Overall very positive - it would be the icing on the cake if the above issues were to be resolved/added :)

Pros

The customer support is great. They always respond promptly and are super friendly. The interface of the app is user-friendly and the functionality exceeds that of the previous app I was using. It is value for money considering the functionality - especially with the discount for the first two months!

Cons

There are a couple of features I'd really like to see that aren't currently available, e.g. the ability for clients to pause recurring payments e.g. if they end up in credit, to save me having to refund them for missed sessions. Also, I find it really frustrating that habits have to be set either as a one-off, or a minimum of every day - but nothing in between! I'd love to be able to set clients habits to do 1-3 times per week! Finally, I wasn't aware that setting up recurring payments carried an additional 0.7% stripe fee, (in addition to the transaction fee), so I set up all my packages as recurring and then regretted it! It would be helpful if this was mentioned in the 'packages' tutorial. When I spoke to support about this, the person I spoke to didn't know about these extra fees. I worked it out by speaking to Stripe and passed the information back to the MyPTHub support.

My overall experience with My Pt Hub has been excellent. As a personal trainer, I need a platform that is reliable, easy to use and professional for both myself and my clients. This app makes programme creation, client communication, progress tracking and workout delivery simple and efficient. Customer support has always been helpful when needed. I would highly recommend.

Pros

Compared to other coaching apps I have used, My Pt Hub is much easier and more straightforward to navigate. I originally switched to a cheaper alternative, but quickly realised the difference in quality and returned. It saves me time, keeps my clients organised and provides everything I need in one place.

Cons

The only issue I have experienced is occasionally struggling to add timers for time-based exercises such as planks. However this may be user error rather than a fault with the platform.

Joining Pt Hub as a coach has been a really positive experience.The set up process was straight forward and the platform is easy to navigate. I like how organised everything is from creating programmes and uploading content to managing clients and tracking their progress. Overall I’m really happy with the platform and exited to keep growing with it.

I can't complain at all. It's been very nice to have more control over the way I build programs and support my clients' goals. There's a reason I made the switch.

Pros

I've used a different coaching app for the past 5yrs, but MyPTHub offers a lot better options, overall. Building customized programs, and the overall functionality and user interface has been a lot better (in terms of quality) experience compared to the client-coach app I've been using.

Cons

It would be nice to have a few general pre-loaded workout sessions I can load for clients to workout to in real time, when getting started with the app. That way I could hit the ground running with some of those, rather than recording my own workout sessions to load later on.

### "Great app, great platform, enough said!"

Most importantly its given my business a professional approach. My clients are seeing the benefits of having an app to support their goals. Its given them more motivation and adherence to a fitness programme. I love that I can brand it up with my own logo, and have a platform of structure for each client. Its excellent value for money and my clients have stated they would be happy to pay a little extra to use the app. Any questions or queries Ive had, the support team have been quick to respond. Overall a great experience and I will continue to use for my home PT business!

Pros

The video tutorials are great, the feedback from my clients has been excellent. Navigating the app is easy but at the same time you have so much available content to really tailor the workouts to each individual client. I'm a mobile home PT and having the available home and bodyweight workouts has really supported my business needs.

Cons

Nothing, its great. I haven't yet delved into the nutrition options, but I'm sure they are just as good as the rest of the app!

My experience has been great. It is easy to create workouts, upload custom demo videos, assign habits, send & review weekly check-ins, and way more. Plus, their support team is responsive. The platform also makes updates regularly for a better experience.

I didn't love tracking in person training sessions with this app but it is great for everything else.

### "My first month"

It is relatively straightforward. It gives me everything I need to coach my clients and also create a strong community within the app itself.

Pros

It gives me the ability to adjust single item foods when it comes to nutrition. In the app I was using previously. I was only allowed to create meal recipes and assign to my clients which made it difficult cause most clients didn't have the ability to have those exact kinda meals. I also like that I don't have to pay the full amount for my yearly subscription in one go and can be billed on a monthly basis for it.

Cons

Currently with the MyfitnessPal integration. I cannot see exactly what my client has eaten unless they share their MFP diary with me which is an additional step. If this can be fixed, I believe this has the ability to be one of the best coaching apps on the market.

I love the user experience I am able to customize and create. The Security is also well established for Payment Processing .

Pros

Love the pricing the most. Lots of Value for Money. And I have not experienced any Bugs and Issues unlike the last few platforms I used.

Cons

Navigating the back-office for setup is a bit more tedious than other platforms i have used. But they have Customer Support

Excellent experience thus far. I love the ability to set up automatic check ins for my clients. I plan to use with all my clients.

Pros

I love the interface for both the trainer and the client. Everything is nice and organized. I love making the templates for check in and sending them out automatically.

There really is not anything negative I could say about my PT Hub, I love how easy it is to use. I guess sometimes I forget to assign the workout to the client I wish it automatically connecte.

easy to navigate I found My PT Hub very easy to navigate and intuitive to use. The platform makes it simple to build workout programs, upload exercise videos, communicate with clients, and track their progress all in one place. The white label app option has also been a huge benefit for creating a more professional and personalized experience for my community.

Cons

Overall, I've had a positive experience, but the platform can be unstable on iPad and occasionally crashes during use. I would also love to see continued improvements to the app customization features and a smoother developer account setup process for white label apps. Streamlining these areas would make an already great platform even better.

Good one and because of unlimited users, definitely a value for your money! Would be staying for quite some time but hoping for even more improvements!

Pros

Great customer support, very considerate. Clients having good feedbacks on using the workout and nutrition.

Cons

No tracking of steps in reports just dailies, no API. Stripe payment support doesn't support some countries (like us in Philippines) so was hoping for Paypal or something else. Buggy on some phones.

I really like the overall app. The customer support is great! I like that you can make your own workouts and exercises individually to the client.

I have a few clients who aren’t as used to English and therefore I would request more languages for these clients - ex Norwegian 😊

I chose My PT Hub because it offered the best balance of features, affordability, and scalability for my fitness and wellness programs. Unlike some other platforms that were either too expensive (Trainerize, Everfit) or lacked structure for hybrid coaching, My PT Hub allowed me to build, schedule, and deliver structured workouts, nutrition guidance, and client communications all in one place. It also made it easy to manage multiple clients with different needs, track progress, and automate parts of my workflow, without a steep learning curve. The ability to grow into their branded app as my business expands was another big plus. For the price, it’s a solid foundation for running a professional coaching business.

not to bad, needs a option on the app to make payments or change payment details, also it would be good to be able to upload videos for custom workouts

Pros

easy to use, great having good templates to work with also, awesome being able to chat with clients on the app

Cons

the price increase and the fact that i upgraded and paid twice, the communication was not good at all, you said i was only paying the arrears but the invoice quite clearly says its for the upgrade plan at full price, then i had to upgrade again with the 70% off deal, i really hope i dont get charged twice next month

Thanks for your review, Duane! If your subscription payment fails, we give you a month to pay the invoice and keep the subscription active throughout this time. If it then cancels, it will ask you to pay for the month that was missed, before upgrading once again. You can upload videos to workouts through the 'Custom Exercise' area. If you need help with this at all, please do reach out to our support team.

It's been great overall, really enjoying it! 🙌🏻 I'd recommend to other PTs or coaches to use this app too.

Pros

Everything is one place, it's great! I like how I can keep track of my clients and automate messages it's a big help.

Cons

I've maybe missed it but a couple things: It would also be great to be able to do video calls with clients on the app. More for online coaching side of things. Also, when looking to give an alternative exercise for clients within a workout if a machine is being used it would be great to add an alternative as a back up they can click on instead, or maybe I've not found that bit yet...? Also if it's possible folders would be a great option to put workouts into specific categories.

You do have alternative exercises when logging a workout which we provide, you also can add your own if you create any custom exercises! Under 'Workouts' and 'Nutrition' you do have groups which you can assign to clients to make everything much easier and do in bulk. ### "Simple and seamless"

Its been great ~ no client complaints! still learning more and have not come across anything difficult, the platform seems pretty easy!

Pros

This is cost efficient! User friendly for both clients and myself! Workouts are easy to put together with minimum effort! Keeps my clients accountable most of all!

Cons

Not much! wish there was maybe more options to customize! The pricing was fair however it was double the price to upgrade to unlimited use!

8/10, honestly it's an amazing app, I've only used this one and trainerize before but for coaches this one is way more user friendly and my clients had no trouble using it!

Pros

It's really good! It's very easy to use, very user friendly! Value for money is amazing to be honest and the option to have unlimited clients is simply AMAZING!

Cons

Language settings, All of my clients are from Latin america, thankfully all of them speak English but would be nice to have Spanish settings too! Also, there are some exersices that only have an image to show how to do it, and sometimes this image is cropped and you can't see it completely!
