So far my experience has been very positive. As a new user, it’s been easy to get started and I really like how professional and well-structured the platform feels. It makes online coaching feel just as organised and motivating as in-person training. I’m excited to keep using it as I continue my fitness journey.

Pros

The platform is really easy to use and everything I need is in one place. I love being able to access my workouts, track progress, message my coach, and log my nutrition all from the same app. It keeps me organised and makes staying consistent much easier.

Cons

There is a small learning curve at the beginning while you get used to where everything is, but once you’ve explored the app it becomes very straightforward.

Pros

User friendly. Desktop and mobile app are both very good. Love the way that I can use it to interact with my clients.

Cons

Not a lot that I can find thus far. One thing I realized is that when I tried to create a profile for my clients, if I click somewhere outside the profile generation box, the whole thing will disappear. Some kind of bugs to be fixed.

I enjoy it alot, im still in the early phases off my online coaching and im sure there are tons of features ive yet to learn

Pros

One payment = unlimited clients. Clean user interface, easy to use for both me and my clients. Overall, ive enjoyed it alot.

Cons

Issues adding my own exercises to the exercise library, I need to download each youtube video to a third party downloader first. My clients cannot seem to figure ut how to save a session mid workout and continue at another time, and they have wish the progress/tracking for exercises came with more detail, for example "you increased your lat pulldown by 27%!"

Very clean and professional look, which my clients agreed. It's easy to use and not overcomplicated. It has everything you need to run a coaching business online and in person.

Pros

I love how there is help with marketing, such as a custom landing page where you can display your packages you have created, which is much more professional than just sending over a payment link in my opinion.

Cons

Just getting used to the layout as I am used to another coaching app. I found the tokens a bit confusing at first.

8/10, I have really enjoyed using the tools to set my app up and the customer service team are really helpful

Pros

How I can design the app to fit the same aesthetic as my brand and my social media branding too. I like how it means everything is in one place and makes my business so much more accessible/professional.

Cons

The nutrition side I think could do with a little work as lots of foods aren’t recognised when scanning and also the fact that nutrition logged by clients in MyFitnessPal does then not report back to me, so I can’t see their day to day nutrition.

It has been a great experience. I've used other apps and they have not been as user-friendly or accommodating, especially for the client.

Pros

The fact that the platform has all the bells and whistles, without being overly complicated for any user. Not to mention priced well!

Cons

The white-label add-on app was not included in the initial offer when I signed up. It would have been nice to take that feature out for a test drive first.

Overall, My PT Hub has been a very positive experience. It keeps my client programs, progress tracking, and communications centralized, which saves time and enhances professionalism. While a few areas could be smoother, it’s an invaluable tool for managing my PT business efficiently.

Pros

I really appreciated how intuitive My PT Hub is for tracking client progress, designing programs, and keeping everything organized in one place. The ability to easily share workouts and receive client feedback made managing sessions much smoother and more efficient.

Cons

The main downside I noticed was that some features feel a bit clunky or require extra steps, like certain reporting functions and calendar integrations, which can slow down workflow at times. A more streamlined approach would make it even better.

Pros

We love my PT Hub - straight forward, easy to use and we love the app! We love that you can create check in forms, have side by side comparisons for photos etc.

Cons

Not having everything in 1 place. confused at first about the online booking system for credit based packages. only allowed clients to view packages once we upgraded, not included in trial to see how smooth it would work.

Great, my clients have been enjoying it too and it's come in super handy for adding value to my in person 1:1 sessions too - for example when clients have been going on holiday or have received additional physio workouts we've been able to plug that into the app and assign it to them so it's all in one place and helping them stay on top of it.

Pros

Customer support has been excellent and super responsive any time I've had to ask a quick questions. Value for Money is also great, particularly if you are running an online/Hybrid business.

Cons

I found the templates a little bit tricky at first however once I found the right resources to explain how to use them all it was easy.

I'm satisfied with the overall experience. There is everything features needed, a good platform if you want to scale your business.

Pros

There is pretty much all the features that I need as a coaching platform. There is no clients limits.

Cons

We can't create training program, meal plans, and add our videos in the app. The platform could be more coach and user friendly too. The platform is expensive.

Positive so far, but I had some glitches with connecting my Stripe account and setting up packages. I like the clean interface and am still getting used to the functionality.

Pros

The layout is intuitive and the functions are specific to personal training needs. I like the large database of exercises and programs.

Cons

When my client records a session it does not provide the rest time or have a timer function. The scheduling function is not as optimal as I would expect.

Pros

The software is very easy to understand. I find it very helpful to have all the options that are available to allow me to give my clients the best training possible

Cons

There are few issues that I have with this app. My only issue would possibly be the cost. It would be nice if there were a third option that allowed for a few more clients

I have been using My PT Hub since more than 3 years, I absolutely love it, it reduces my time and effort to prepare plans for my clients, it is absolute value for money and has the best Customer Support.

Pros

It has the best customization tools to prepare Nutrition and workout plans, it makes our life easy and convenient.

Cons

everything looks perfect in My PT Hub, I don't think there is anything which is missing, may be Indian foods can be added in Nutrition section.

I have just started so I'm still learning to navigate it but it seams pretty good and easy to use for coach and clients.

Pros

It had all the features for a premium service coaching but without the add on cost which makes it more cost effective long term. Also my clients have said they are much happier with it.

Cons

It has no calories and macro goals the client can see. I don't provide meal plans just nutrition guidance and it is handy for my clients to be able to see there goals right there in the app in the food logging.

### "Small Improvements Needed but the software has great potential."

Customer support has been excellent, very quick to reply! There are a few small things that need adjusting in order for me to fully commit to staying with mypthub in the future.

Pros

There are lots of great features to keep clients accountable such as habit tracking, progress pictures, forms to create check-ins, group chat etc.

Cons

The platform lacks visible micronutrient data for trainers, forcing me to use another platform for nutrition planning (I'm a nutritionist, not a PT). It also can't generate invoices; only receipts but the options are limited to cash or cheque. Many clients pay via bank transfer but there's no option for this. The logo appears too small on the email clients get when you generate a receipt, and customer support said it can't be changed. So for now I will have to manually send my own receipts as the email looks awful. Additionally, the client sign-up email refers to 'personal training software,' which isn't on-brand for me as a nutritionist, and support said it can't be modified. This concerns me as first impressions are everything. While these issues are manageable, they do add up. I've signed up for a few months with a 50% discount code to see if it will work for me and my customers.

Generały good. I like it because it is modern nice and tidy and looks professional. Making my life easier as trainer

Pros

Look profesional and easy enough to use. It also modern. Have lots of options to use but at the same time it's not too much like some other platforms. Quickly learn how to use it. Also really good experience with support ( very quick ).

Cons

Sometimes is a bit complicated and would be better to have more payments and membership otpions ( DD like PTminder )

Really positive, \[sensitive content hidden\] more professional than anything I have had previously, and I believe it will help take my business to the next level, love how you can also implement customization and branding.

Pros

Love how the workouts are all pre loaded with a video explanation, makes it really easy for my clients to follow the plan, the app is also great value for money.

Cons

Found it a little hard to get used to at first but that was more user error, than the apps fault, I have also heard about a few bugs and errors however not experienced any yet in my limited use.

my pt hub is a fantastic platform for online coaches or any pt's that want to organise their clients programs etc, it clear ease of use in the site makes the journey enjoyable for both clients and coaches.

Cons

nothing so far has been least likning about my pt hub, the support is good, the easy access is good, overall great

So far, I have been very pleased with prompt customer service, ease of setting up my site for my clients. Will see how it goes from here, but super excited to get my program going for my clients with this great tool to keep them motivated and automate a lot of things to save me time.

Pros

The initial support call for demo of product was very helpful, and I was impressed with the value for the money compared to other similar options.

Cons

There was only one Pilates workout, so I will need to create a few of my own for my clients. Also, I wish there were more body weight exercises or strengthening exercises geared towards clients working out at home without machines.

I couldn't be happier! The only thing I would add is, It would actually be amazing if you could implement a survey prompt where we can get clients to fill out a review in exchange for an incentive that we can create (such as 10% off, or a pt session). - If this is not an option yet, Sorry I haven't checked. This would be great for marketing and getting those client feedback reviews.

Pros

The amazing customer service, the ability to streamline every experience. I am new to PT but having this app has relieved so much stress and It has been so easy to navigate, design and set up the app. I can basically control my whole business through this app, They really have thought of everything

Cons

Honestly nothing yet, the price was a bit daunting but the Easter sale helped me save some money while I'm growing my business. That definitely helped me get over the line.

I think it is a simple, straightforward, functional platform which is very accessible for both the trainer and the participant.

Pros

Price was great, client interface was easy, and I loved being able to add exercises easily! Also love the feature of being able to add trainers.

Cons

Printing out workouts for people who did not want to use the app. The printouts were incomplete and only listed the exercise but none of the other detail.

Overall with the easy to use dashboard and app plus you able to get your own custom app within two months is good look for brand or company is a 10 out of 10. Trust your client will love and you and your trainer will love the programming, workout creativity that you capable of doing . I would say push the app limits that will increase your limits to above and beyond your expectation.

Pros

I like My Pt Hub app interface easy to use app and dashboard, and my clients love it as well, self explained instruction with videos to help trainer out with exercises movement and you could create your own exercises as well.

Cons

the one thing that i least like about My Pt Hub is the track for progress, could use an update that incorporate a chat for client progress

Easy to use. Clients have no issues with this platform either. I like that the nutrition side doesn't force you to create meal plans.

Cons

Quite expensive if you're just starting out. After 3 clients you have to pay full price, I think you should be able to have at least 5 before needing to upgrade.
