### "A wise investment for my company"

Overall, My PT Hub has streamlined the way in which I manage my PT clients. No more endless folders with each of their workouts, meal plans, measurements etc and remembering which folder to take in which night. The entire process at my fingertips! I feel it has added a more professional touch the service I provide. The client is able to log there workouts and meal plans on the go which they feedback to me gives them accountability as they know I'm watching!

Pros

The ease of use and intuitive interface have made the purchase of the software a god send in managing my clients. The ability for me to view their nutrition plans anytime and place prior to meetings means I'm fully aware of there current situation and can advise them there and then. The updated workout plans with tempo and rep range feature makes it so much easier than referring them to the notes section.

Cons

Sometimes can be a little slow in loading pages (more so when using Windows on my laptop rather than on my iMac even when at home on the same wifi connection) which makes it frustrating at times. Especially if the web page times out and I loose data I'm mid way through inputting.

I enjoyed the experience of using my PT hub, I think it’s a great software especially when you’re starting up in the business.

Pros

I like that is supposed to be all in one product for personal trainers and coaches. One price for everything.

Cons

I didn’t like the system is slow in my opinion. I would also say it could be upgraded. It didn’t quite satisfy my needs as a fitness coach and nutritionist to deliver the best service.

### "Great software, great price."

I'm able to scale my online training business with My PT Hub. I can handle a lot more clients than I would be able to take on if I was still using email and excel docs. Customer support gets back to me promptly whenever I have any questions. I do like My PT Hub overall, but wish the mobile app did everything that you can do on the web browser. Don't get me wrong, you can do a lot on the app, but there are a couple features that have yet to be added. I don't expect to wait long though, they roll out updates pretty regularly.

Pros

\- You get a ton for a low price. - The macro calculator helps when you're updating a large number of client plans. - The new class/event booking feature is very helpful. - They are very open to feedback and suggestions - Always updating

Cons

\- App is not as user friendly as it could be - Client Help videos are only available through a web browser and not through the app - Some features, for example: updating height, are only available through the web browser - App doesn't have all the features that the web browser does.

### "MY PT Hub APP. "

I have tried other apps and I have find MY PT Hub the most effective for me, as I train clients online and presencial.

Pros

I like the most is the exercise library, huge range of exercises. Also is pretty easy creating, modifying, coping and assigning workouts for clientes. I was spending a lot time using excel, now I can easily guide my clients when they are training by themselves. e

Cons

Macros and Meal Plan, quite confusing to input the macros.

### "Bang for the Buck"

It gets rid of all this paper I have. it will increase my productivity by allowing quicker searching and access to clients workouts.

Pros

The versatility and the customer service. It incorporates nutrition planning and exercise in one place. I can create my own forms and pretty much go paperless. My clients probably will not have to use three or four apps but still need at least two. I can train in person, online and hybrid clients. These are just the highlights. I tried out several other platforms with questionable customer service. These guys were on it though, With online chat, youtube videos, and even scheduled phone service.

Cons

Not all inclusive and very little integration with other apps. The biggest thing I was in search of was incorporating heart rate monitoring into the platform. Some other companies do but they are outrageously priced. I can handle my clients uploading screen shots of their graphs for now. Hopefully it is in the near future. It would be great if other apps from popular fitness tracking devices could integrate into PT hub in order to add even more personalized service for motivation to my clients

MYPTHUB makes it easy for me to navigate and monditor my clients whenever and whererever . I am able to recieve notification on their updates, set up their schedule for them to succeed and become more confident and independent when it comes to their health and fitness.

Pros

I love how im able to get notifications when my clients complete a workout. I am able to be more flexibile with having clients in person and via the app. They are able to become smarter at learning the names of exercises and how to preform them properly

Cons

I dont like how I am not able to adjust someones calendar or view the entire thing to make adjustments. I dont going back and forth with programing and workouts like how if im making a program, i have to make a workout first instead of making it with the program section. I dont like how if a program starts and a client misses a workout they plan continues, i think it should give few days pause time once they notice the person hasnt been loggin in on top of the coach checking in. I think it would be good if the clients can select days they want to workout and then be able to have to orkout generate within the days they have available based on their goals

### "Non of my costumer enjoyed and find it's not easy to use "

Absolutely horrible experience, shocked of service.

Pros

I am not sure if I like anything about this software after a disaster experience, not costumer friendly

Cons

Non of my client enjoyed to use this app, Google sheets are much better and easy to use, I didn't find any cancellation and they take my money and don't want giving me my refund and it's only one week gone, my clients find its difficult to use this app not compatible all the time need to push something to use, sheets just open and go, I not use this app much because no one like it and waiting long time to finish but then they without notice take my money again, no one contact me when I write them they just send me letter via email we not give you your refund that's all, I was shocked and disappointed about how they horrible treat costumes, I didn't want my money go every year I was signed for one only, was costumer service I ever have had, I won't recomend to any one after such a horrible experience, and I was read they give good costumer service, not at all.

### "Easy Programming"

I've trialed it twice and have thoroughly enjoyed it! I have also used it as a client once and loved how easy it was to use.

Pros

I love how easy it is to program and select exercises for client's workouts. I enjoyed the trial to try and use all the features- I was also trialing another popular software program but I didn't last 2 weeks on it because the layout of this software was easier to navigate! It was also really easy to upload and create your own exercises and with a few clicks it was done !

Cons

The only con is tracking the workouts given to clients and giving them names to remind yourself what they've already done in your program layout. Sometimes the app lags on your phone and can be difficult to navigate but overall it's a pretty good software program.

There was a lot to manage on this software and really difficult to navigate and set up your programming for each client. On the other hand, the app was very aesthetically pleasing and I did like the layout the client received. They also had automated messages that were sent to clients post-workout about how their opinions on the session- which I believe you should be able to set up on My PT hub. Also from a price point they were more flexible depending on how many clients you had- which was approximately $20-30 cheaper than My PT Hub.

It was okay. It was neither good nor bad. Everything was just average.

Pros

My favorite thing about My PT Hub is the aesthetic of the platform. It is very visually appealing to me.

Cons

There's just too much going on that I'm not using - I'm looking for simple, simple, simple for my clients. I love all the options for functionality but I need to be able to turn that functionality ON or OFF. My clients don't need to get distracted by elements they are not using.

The booking system only accepts 1 hour slots of the clients. I would like to see a feature that you can select how long each session is going to be for the clients. The application on iPhone is not really branded.

Unfortunately, at the moment when you book a one to one session with your client, it only gives you the option of 60 minutes. However, what you can do on our new feature and on the unlimited+ subscription you can create an event and for example call it 'PT Session' which can choose the duration. i feel the app might be made tons simpler. i spend longer explaining the way to use the app to my clients than actually coaching them

Pros

Easy to trace workouts for all of your clients and therefore the refore the client can see it also which allows for nice two-way communication from both the Trainer and the Client. On top of that, the client can even track their diet intake and documentation are often uploaded to the clients account on the app like the Agreement they signed with me (the Trainer) or what their current weightlifting maxes are! MY PT HUB may be a one-stop-shop for all you would like , for the Trainer and therefore the Client both

### " MyPTHub massively helped me!"

I am solving keeping my clients accountable more. I am finding it very helpful with also contacting all clients in one place not via several ways before.

Pros

There are so many thing i like about this software and the main thing is having everything in one place. For i work part-time as a Personal Trainer but would like to go full time and the back room stuff and admin has been holding me back. I was using Google sheets/Google Forms my own Online portal through my website and a separate booking/paying system. But with MYPtHub having it all in one place and so much more is gong save me hours of time and stress plus maybe after 4 years the chance to change my career and life around.

Cons

Maybe an integration with Garmin as i use it myself and so do quite a few people now.

We use this tool to organize fitness and nutritional awareness event every week and this application makes it easy to alert the employees about the details and timing.

Pros

Team leads can easily schedule meetings, events and even fitness and other entertainment programs to keep employees engaged and content. This tool provides easy event scheduling and reminder option to ensure nobody misses out on the fun. The program offers one of the cheapest service in the market with plans starting from 20 dollars.

Cons

This application is designed primarily for running businesses rather than helping increasing engagement and activties. The inerface can be difficult to adjust intially because of over functionality. Activties are difficult to assign and require a lot of modifications. Pre-existing activties are limited.

Allows you to realise the potential of 24/7 online coaching improving the experience that clients get from your services and also makes this more efficient. This in turn allows you to scale the business a lot better and also have more freedom with your own life in how you work

Pros

Very easy to use and cost effective especially as a sart-up business. Overall consensus amongst clients is that the Hub is easy to use and people feel it enhances their PT experience

Cons

Sometimes when you are trying to make multiple different programmes for clients, it can get clunky to manage in the dashboard and this is especially the case with the nutritional elements of the site. Potentially trying to incorporate a grouping system to put specific programmes into would be preferable to help with ease of use as more clients with differing goals get added to the software

Excellent. Highly recommend. Most trainer apps go off of certain amount of clients get a certain charge and as you grow they increase your price of app. With PT HUB its one price and GO! LOVE IT

Cons

For real only thing I don't like is making me update my timezone everytime i log in. They explained was to ensure calendar stay correct per where i am located at time. In future hope they use location from device to auto update this and then nothing i dis like!

### "Lots of bugs not client friendly"

Awful at first looked great everything worked great then things kept crashing and bugs happening to be told it will get better. This is not good enough if I'm paying money it should be right. The app is hard to use and doesn't clearly get you where you need to go especially for clients they want something easy to use. As a PT you want to train and teach them fitness and nutrition not computer science. Good marketing and but completely bad customer service and solutions not happy at all. I'm even more unhappy the fact I paid for a month and got no refund although I've not even been successful using it bad customer policy if I buy a product that has issues and doesn't work pretty sure I should be refunded but that's where they will lose customers bad call.

Pros

Lots of features and makes things easy when works

Cons

Lots of bugs in the first couple of weeks constant excuses and then told is now fixed issues with app had to keep resrarting. Customer service pretty poor full of excuses and still charge you although the product doesn't work. Really hard for clients to use it's not user friendly 1 out of 6 clients could use the app that's a bad percentage but PT hub didn't care they just want your money bad service and bad customer service

### "Trial complete, and it was a no brainer to sign up"

Pros

It was a no brainer to sign up as the trial is throough and allows you access to all the features. Allowing you plenty of time to setup clients/new and existing to give feedback and compare to previously used apps. Interface usability for clients is simple and straight forward with good video explanations on getting started at the beginning and you are even able to record and upload your own for a more personalised touch. Workout interface is practical and includes built in timer for in-between sets. Auto calculator for macros and calories is helpful. Pre made plans are great and very useful for editing to personalise for clients.

Cons

Doesn't have a priority list to potential clients which need more attention. I have also had clients complete workouts but no notification come through. (This could be down to human error)

My overall experience is pretty good, this will be I think the 3rd year that I am using it and I have already recommended it to three colleagues but I would like the feature issues to be addressed faster. I think it would be helpful for you to find a way to be more in touch with your clientele and their needs​.

Pros

The best part of MyPTHub I would say that is the value for money and the customer service.

Cons

The features of program design have some flaws which are taking a long time to be fixed, if they do.

It has made my business much more efficient and effective. I only have to use 1 app to track everything now and store client documents, instead of using 5 or 6 different programs or apps to track everything and store documents. It has made my life and business all that much simpler.

Pros

Easy to track workouts for all of your clients and the client can see it as well which allows for great two-way communication from both the Trainer and the Client. MY PT HUB is a one-stop-shop for all you need, for the Trainer and the Client both.

Cons

There's currently no way, no function, in MY PT HUB to auto-calculate how much more weight the client is lifting today compared to 1 month ago. If you want to see how much a client has progressed since they started working out over the course of a month, how much more weight they can lift, you have to compare the numbers manually and calculate the percentages yourself (such as a 10% increase in strength over the course of a month for example). Hopefully, MY PT HUB will add this functionality in time.

I've taken my entire fitness business online. My PT Hub is easy to use and my clients like it plus the price is great!

Pros

For the price, you can't go wrong. There are plenty of features for clients and it's pretty easy to use. I've been using PT Hub for a few years now and it's come a long way. It's pretty simple to use, upload your exercises (or use the exercise database), create the workout and assign it to your clients - Pretty easy. I recommend My PT Hub to anyone, especially if you're just starting out in the online personal training business.

Cons

None really...although it'd be nice to have a chat feature so I can talk with a rep sooner rather than later. My decisions are time sensitive using a chat instead of email would be nice. Don't get me wrong- the email support is great and the reps usually get back to me pretty quick. Other than that, the software is great!

Reason for choosing My PT Hub

It's the only one I've every used.

We do have a live chat option on our website as well as email, which you can get an instant response 9-6 GMT Monday to Friday.

awesome... fantastic bit of software

Pros

as a gym owner, Pt and online programming business its allowed us to stream line our service as well as add extra value to our current members and clients.

Cons

it would be nice to add a more freestyle option like Truecoach has for alongside the current set up. this would allow for some more flexibility in how the programs written can look and a more convocational programming style for our personality to come through.
