### "Great content management tool"

August 6, 2026

4.0

Very user friendly and easy to navigate once you learn all the features. Great for content collaboration and very easy for everyone to access.

Pros

Great for project management, content calendars, content organization, and collaboration. It's easy to learn how to use and has a lot of features that are helpful with content creation.

Cons

It can be costly to use once you need more features and accounts added, but the base features are great to start out with.

### "Centralizing Lab Worflows: Utilizing Airtable as a Relational Chemical Database"

July 25, 2026

5.0

The overall experience with Airtable has been a great one, overall I would say its saved me countless hours of sifting through data and having all of our data in "one" base is a lot more effective, just from a readability point of view, but also from an automation point of view.

Pros

I've used Airtable for analytical chemistry, quality control testing and R&D formulation work- each requiring completely different outputs, yet all benefiting from consolidation of disparate lab results into one centralized hub. What i like most is before airtable we just worked with excel and all of our data was all over the place! With airtable we now have integrated applications for sample logging, test results, calbiration, maintence etc etc. The longer i've used the product I keep thinking to myself, why didnt we use this sooner?

Cons

I think the learning curve for people coming from different applications can be quite steep, especially for people that have little or no knowledge to do with database systems such as sql and so forth. I would say to get the setup going you need someone with the technical know how to get you going, if you do not have this at your company, i think standard people would struggle.

### "Terrible account management and hidden charges - do not use"

July 30, 2025

1.0

Absolutely horrible - there is no amount of good tech that is worth dealing with this horrible account management. They do not care about customer service or their clients whatsoever.

Pros

The overall functionality of the tool achieves what we need it to do and the senior leadership likes the dashboard functionality

Cons

Horrific customer service. The worst I have ever seen. Tech team is only available via email and there is a clear language barrier causing issues in communicating programs and finding solutions. Account management is abhorrent. They are not proactive and actual blame the client for their lack of skilled account managers. When issues are escalated to senior leadership you are met with blame and rudeness. Financial processes are a mess. Late invoicing, demanding immediate payment. There is no functionality in place that prevents you from going over seats/licenses and this is by design - it allows Airtable to continually hit you with overage fees.

### "Airtable does it all"

June 25, 2026

5.0

I use it for everything in my company -- from organizing our very large annual conference, to running several seminars, to publishing books and journals, to managing our contacts.

Pros

It allows me to organize and manipulate my data without having to learn how to code or speak app-specific language

Cons

The cost. I wish there was a different pricing model for small non-profits, instead of the customary per-user subscription

### "The one program that I can't live without"

April 9, 2026

5.0

Overall it is one of the few programs that I tend to "nerd out" over. I am always thinking "this would be better in Airtable" when I am in a spreadsheet or another database. I have created Bases that run my business, create invoices, track my continuing education credits, budget, CRM's, organize my home, etc. If it can go in a spreadsheet, it can become so much more in an Airtable Base. It is the one piece of software that I don't even think twice about renewing. And now that they have integrated AI into its capabilities, I'm even more excited to try using it for other projects.

Pros

I love the flexibility of Airtable. You can design the relational database of your dreams with no programming skills necessary. It's easy to use and has terrific automations that can increase the power of your data.

Cons

There isn't much that I don't like. The one small thing that I can think of is that when you are adding records in a table view, it would be nice if hitting Enter would automatically start a new record instead of giving the popup saying to press Shift-Enter. It especially should not erase the record if you hit Enter a second time.

### "Still the best & most robust"

July 24, 2026

5.0

Pros

Still the most robust project management software/service. It can integrate to everything you need or as little as you want.

Cons

It has a relatively steep learning curve if you haven't used it before, especially if you haven't used any other PM SAAS before.

### "Simple CRM perfect for small businesses"

June 2, 2026

5.0

Seamless, I have used Airtable for 4+ years for my small online business. It connects well to my APIs like Typeform too.

Pros

Ease of use, setup simply in minutes. Airtable helps me manage email lists, campaigns, projects, and research.

Cons

It took a little time to get used to the interface, how different tables are linked together, but I quickly got the hang of it.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Airtable

### "Works just how I imagined it to be"

August 23, 2026

5.0

We were forced to create our own tool outside of Airtable for signature collection which was a pain, however Airtable sends triggers for it without crashing. Gladly I do not waste 15 hours per week anymore correcting data entry mistakes in spreadsheets.

Pros

The dashboards have eliminated all the "update" requests I get constantly from my boss throughout the day. I did think that building the custom API for the PDF signings would be something that would totally crash the whole system but they worked perfectly. Good customer service and easy task management.

Cons

When trying to edit simple items (like font color) on individual records I am unable to make those changes. One of these limitations specifically, the font colors limitiation is probably one of the most frustrating aspects of the UI is how dated it appears and also getting through the permissions configurations with multiple tables and sub-tables took me many days. However, the documentation provided by Airtable on nested data seems basically useless.

### "Just organize information"

July 23, 2026

5.0

Pros

I appreciate Airtable because it helps me centralize several types of data (projects, contacts, tracking) in a single tool. It is quite efficient with large databases. It helps me avoid using several different software programs.

Cons

The free version is limited in data volume. The price of the paid plans can become high depending on the usage. It requires a good internet connection to be used comfortably.

### "A flexible database to catalog my creative work"

August 6, 2026

4.0

Pros

Airtable turned out really useful to organize my portfolio and my client projects as a visual database. The ability to create forms to collect my clients preferences before a session is also a real plus.

Cons

Getting started takes some time to adapt, especially to set up more complex bases with multiple tables linked between each other.

Collaborating on projects help save time by allowing remote teams in my organization to work together from anywhere.

Pros

Airtable automates over 85% of manual business processes ranging from project management, task management and content marketing - this is the best thing that I like most so far.

Cons

I can create new projects for my staff to work on with minimal effort, each with its own dashboard, calendar and member interactions.

Pros

Easy to customize my notifications for messages and tasks. It’s summary feature provides a quick overview of key events that have occurred during my absence.

Cons

There is nothing I don’t like about this platform. It’s well suited for our project efficiency when dealing with multiple people in one place.

### "We use Airtable frequently"

April 22, 2026

5.0

This has prevented our team from losing links in everyone’s messy inbox. Although, there may be better ways to design the interface and feel at times like it is a little cumbersome, this program does bring some semblance of order to our chaotic processes.

Pros

I enjoyed the switch to be able to flip back and forth between grid view and gallery view on the swap button, so my older guys could see how they would go with it in a practice setting. I was impressed with how well the AI tool build off of my initial prompt and created a proper starting point for me, it also looked fairly good.

Cons

The mobile app next to it is slow when many records are there in the loading. Automation Scripting, too many technical terms things normal people could never learn for themselves.

### "Easy to use database organization"

December 22, 2025

4.0

Easy and helpful when in need of overall database organization. I probably don’t even know all the functionality possible with it!

Pros

I like the flexibility to build out my databases to fit my needs. I appreciate the way it interacts with other platforms.

Cons

It’s not really Airtables fault, because we are using it for a function that it isn’t actually designed for, but I wish I could more easily see one persons record at a time rather than as a whole table.

### "Helpful for Keeping Things Organized"

March 16, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Airtable has been positive. It’s a great tool for organizing and tracking information, and the flexibility makes it useful for a wide range of tasks. Once you get familiar with how it works, it becomes a really helpful way to keep things structured and easy to manage.

Pros

What I like most about Airtable is how flexible and easy it is to organize information. It works like a spreadsheet but has the structure of a database, which makes it simple to track and manage different types of data in one place. I also like how customizable it is—you can create views, filters, and layouts that make the information easier to understand and work with.

Cons

What I like least about Airtable is that some of the more advanced features can take time to learn. While the basics are easy to use, setting up more complex workflows or automations can feel a bit confusing at first. It can take some trial and error to fully understand how to use all of the features effectively.

### "The powerhouse for organizing and elevating your projects"

June 21, 2026

5.0

Pros

I like the variety of visualization tools and project views available in Airtable, which make data analytics much simpler than in a spreadsheet and remove Notion's storage limits.

Cons

Airtable can't replace big SQL programs available out there but can be a real advantage for non-coder app builders. Its automation capabilities are somewhat limited, requiring you to deal with Zapier or another automation platform.

September 16, 2025

5.0

Pros

Airtable has become one of the main powerhouses of our organization. It is more simple than Excel when it comes to organize, track and connect every moving piece of operations.

Cons

The start was a bit complicated and confusing, but when I begin to explore it I understood the potential of Airtable. So my only complaint will be the handling at beginning.

### "A Flexible and UX Friendly tool to organise your work"

June 27, 2025

5.0

Overall, we have excellent experience with Airtable, which helps our organisation manage projects without feeling overwhelmed.

Pros

It is extremely helpful to automate the business workload, and it's super easy to use and feels like a mix between a spreadsheet and a database. very innovative solution for the business for the automation and data in one place.

Cons

Some of the features are locked behind the paid plan, which can limit the ability of the small team who are progressing in the business and can't afford the paid plan.

### "Great hybrid between spreadsheet and database."

July 8, 2025

4.0

This has helped me to replace messy Excel sheets, to have tables that are easier to filter and share to everyone. I created a mini product database that the marketing team actually uses.

Pros

Airtable is spreadsheet familiar but packs light weight database functionality What I like even more is adding linked records between product specs and supplier profiles, this is zero-cost in terms of visual and gives structure to your product data.

Cons

For anything more complex, it leaves much to be desired, and having multiple large bases hits the limits of the free plan very quickly.

June 11, 2025

5.0

Pros

Airtable is like spreadsheets but not boring. Being able to link element or database items between tables is handy when I need to have remarks with a lot of different pieces of content and deadlines.

Cons

There’s a little learning curve at the beginning, and if you wanna use the good features you kinda have to go for the paid plan.
