It allows me to create beautiful dashboards for clients, quickly see my data and collect information with ease. Pros I like how easily I can see data no matter how large. I can sort and create various views with ease. Cons The only thing I don't like is how it is priced for letting people comment or edit. I use this a lot with my clients. I don't want to have to pay for each client just so they can leave a comment. Cons I don't like how it doesn't show who made the last changes. I can see the version history, but I'm not able to know who made it. Airtable has a lot of flexibility, but for a smaller team like ours, it just didn't fit our use case. Pros I was impressed most with Airtable's database. The ability to create custom views and link assets across multiple tables is something our team uses constantly for project management. Cons For about half our team, the learning curve was just too steep and ultimately led us to use other project management tools. I have several integrations hooked to Airtable and have found it to be very reliable and secure. Pros There is much more flexibility in Airtable than traditional spreadsheets. I love the different entry types - especially photos. I also love how easy sorting and integrating with other applications is. Cons The automations section is a bit confusing. It's very useful though when you get used to it. For instance, I used it to schedule a content calendar, connecting articles with deadlines, collaborators and status updates. Customizable views (grid, calendar, Kanban, etc.) allow you to visualize your data in multiple ways.
