Cons There is a problem with blocks, however. If I have a multiple recorded table they could not be transferred in the form of a list at blocks. Because blocks do not offer more than one page. It has good options for templates ready to start and the interface and look are very interesting :) Cons The mobile version leaves a little to be desired in relation to all the features of the web version. In addition, the impossibility of access without internet and the lack of translation of the application into all languages, are other disadvantages. Also, 3 years of revision and snapshot history is fantastic if a team member messes up a field and you need to track down where it happened over the last few edits. Cons While there a bunch of different types of files/docs you can make, the actual customization of each document is limited in terms of styling. Also storage is per base of users, not for each actual user. So each user doesn't get a set amount of storage space, they must share with everyone else in the team or group. It's incredibly easy to customize all the columns, views, and tabs within each workspace, which is so useful as my consideration criteria for different venues change daily. You can also cross-populate between different tabs, while color-coordinating it all. Different team members can also collaborate and get alerts for deadlines, which is crucial for keeping everyone on the same timeline. Cons I definitely recommend watching the tutorial videos, otherwise there could be a bit of a learning curve. I'm still exploring all the features and working on being able to use it to its full potential. Pros I think it's super simple to create databases with this tool is perfect for people who do not have as much knowledge and is super nice to look at, you also have the possibility to return to your previous versions and therefore eliminate any error committed in the future, you can also start from the beginning of the database from scratch or do it from a template already created. We have the free version and it's very easy to use and navigate. We're able to view tasks in a calendar, grid, or kanban format, and assign team members to tasks. Cons I do wish there was a way to send tasks that you're assigned to in one client calendar to a personal calendar when youre chosen as the "owner" of the task. In past roles I've used JIRA, Trello, Asana for agile project management, but there's invariably some workflow restriction of each of these apps. Airtable is most flexible project management tool I've ever used. Cons iOS app is a bit laggy. Also wish that boolean fields could be swiped on the main view, instead of having to open each record.
