Having multiple tables going with different coworkers streamlines communication and keeps everyone organized. Cons It can be confusing and overwhelming when you first download the application. If you want a database software that looks beautiful and is easy to figure out, this is a great bet. You're also able to view and edit your info from multiple devices, which is a great feature. Cons I have concerns about the limitations relating to exporting your data (I feel nervous having everything stored online without backups), which sometimes requires some extra work on my end to attempt to duplicate and store everything in two places. Initially it was set up with separate paid spaces and then trying to get everything onto an enterprise plan was a huge headache. Pros It's attractive to our users from a UX perspective and I really like how I can import attachments into spreadsheets. Cons The admin portal is super clunky. I'm able to link several images of a pattern to its entry, cross link with required fabric types and designers, upload actual patterns, and more. For this type of rich but specific application, Airtable is fantastic. I don't think I'd try it for something that didn't require so much visual/ non-text information, but it makes a great database for this type of thing. Pros is easy to use and a great way to collaborate with my coach and my clients. Easy to create tasks, show that the task has been completed, and the completion date. Cons is an excellent product.
