### "The one program that I can't live without"

April 9, 2026

5.0

Overall it is one of the few programs that I tend to "nerd out" over. I am always thinking "this would be better in Airtable" when I am in a spreadsheet or another database. I have created Bases that run my business, create invoices, track my continuing education credits, budget, CRM's, organize my home, etc. If it can go in a spreadsheet, it can become so much more in an Airtable Base. It is the one piece of software that I don't even think twice about renewing. And now that they have integrated AI into its capabilities, I'm even more excited to try using it for other projects.

Pros

I love the flexibility of Airtable. You can design the relational database of your dreams with no programming skills necessary. It's easy to use and has terrific automations that can increase the power of your data.

Cons

There isn't much that I don't like. The one small thing that I can think of is that when you are adding records in a table view, it would be nice if hitting Enter would automatically start a new record instead of giving the popup saying to press Shift-Enter. It especially should not erase the record if you hit Enter a second time.

Airtable was far more flexible and customizable than Monday. It was also more intuitive for me to use.

### "A Very Powerful Tool with Many Applications"

February 25, 2026

5.0

Overall I'm very satisfied with Airtable. My team and I all use it on a daily basis. It allows us to integrate all of our types of data and functions into one place, making it much more powerful. We also integrate Airtable with Zapier, Documint, and other platforms when needed.

Pros

We use Airtable for a huge variety of functions, like data management, project management, content management, CRM, and more. Airtable is extremely customizable.

Cons

I don't have many cons. Occasionally we bump into an advanced function that we would like to achieve that Airtable doesn't support. That said, there are usually ways to work around it and they are continually adding new features.

We used a variety of tools, none of which were easy to customize for our specific needs. Airtable allowed us to unite everything on one platform and create powerful applications without extensive coding knowledge.

### "Simple CRM perfect for small businesses"

June 2, 2026

5.0

Seamless, I have used Airtable for 4+ years for my small online business. It connects well to my APIs like Typeform too.

Pros

Ease of use, setup simply in minutes. Airtable helps me manage email lists, campaigns, projects, and research.

Cons

It took a little time to get used to the interface, how different tables are linked together, but I quickly got the hang of it.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Airtable

Airtable felt like a more robust option to me.

### "Terrible account management and hidden charges - do not use"

July 30, 2025

1.0

Absolutely horrible - there is no amount of good tech that is worth dealing with this horrible account management. They do not care about customer service or their clients whatsoever.

Pros

The overall functionality of the tool achieves what we need it to do and the senior leadership likes the dashboard functionality

Cons

Horrific customer service. The worst I have ever seen. Tech team is only available via email and there is a clear language barrier causing issues in communicating programs and finding solutions. Account management is abhorrent. They are not proactive and actual blame the client for their lack of skilled account managers. When issues are escalated to senior leadership you are met with blame and rudeness. Financial processes are a mess. Late invoicing, demanding immediate payment. There is no functionality in place that prevents you from going over seats/licenses and this is by design - it allows Airtable to continually hit you with overage fees.

### "Powerful Data Platform"

January 20, 2026

5.0

Pros

I have become an Airtable evangelist after my organization had adopted the platform as our source of truth. As a relational database, it allows organizations to store large amounts of dynamic data in organized, reliable ways. The fact that it can be used as a no- or low-code tool makes it easily adoptable. And, with the right architecture, automations, and even scripts, it can become a powerful collaboration and project management platform.

Cons

The Airtable team keeps growing its features, but there is still room for growth in the types of data and visualizations that can be seen in interfaces. More complex form features, like matrices and advanced conditional logic, could help it replace other survey tools at my organization.

### "Best Project Management Platform (if used correctly)"

December 20, 2025

5.0

It's great software and maybe the best project management platform out there. Just don't rely on it for every single thing and make sure your team uses it efficiently.

Pros

It's extremely feature rich, integrates very well with other software and services, and it can be used as your central hub for all work.

Cons

It can be a little Frankenstein-like in how much things can or need to be connected, and it can often overcomplicate matters. It's also pretty expensive, especially when you often have people who need access who aren't on your team.

### "Versatile and Powerful"

May 28, 2026

5.0

Overall, I don't think my organization could properly function without a beefy, yet agile tool like Airtable. My boss asked me if our CRM could fully replace it and it was a clear "no" from me.

Pros

Our team uses Airtable to manage dues, track event registrations, and serve as the first stop for member management information. What makes it so valuable is the balance between flexibility and structure as it handles heaps of data while still being approachable for everyday users. I especially appreciate how customizable it is. We’ve been able to shape it around the way our organization actually works instead of forcing our processes into rigid software. It gives us visibility across multiple moving parts without feeling overly technical. Whatever project you're managing, I'm sure you could make Airtable work for you.

Cons

The biggest caution I’d give is that Airtable works best when users are properly trained. I jumped in assuming it functions like Excel or Google Sheets, without realizing how interconnected the data and fields really are. I paid the price by losing important data after I deleted info from one view not understanding it deletes it from every view in that sheet.

### "We use Airtable frequently"

April 22, 2026

5.0

This has prevented our team from losing links in everyone’s messy inbox. Although, there may be better ways to design the interface and feel at times like it is a little cumbersome, this program does bring some semblance of order to our chaotic processes.

Pros

I enjoyed the switch to be able to flip back and forth between grid view and gallery view on the swap button, so my older guys could see how they would go with it in a practice setting. I was impressed with how well the AI tool build off of my initial prompt and created a proper starting point for me, it also looked fairly good.

Cons

The mobile app next to it is slow when many records are there in the loading. Automation Scripting, too many technical terms things normal people could never learn for themselves.

### "Flexible and Powerful Tool for Organizing Work"

May 9, 2026

My experience with Airtable has been very positive. It helped improve organization, collaboration, and visibility across projects in a simple and flexible way.

Pros

Airtable is very easy to use and combines the simplicity of spreadsheets with the power of a database. It’s great for organizing projects, tracking data, and collaborating with teams in real time.

Cons

Some advanced features can take a bit of time to learn, but the basics are very intuitive and easy to pick up.

Pros

It's pretty easy to use and get started. Actually, quite powerful as well. It's also very versatile.

Cons

It can be a little bit confusing and a little bit daunting to get started. Is it a spreadsheet? Is it a database? How do I work it?

### "Great for project organization, and connecting teams!"

June 9, 2025

4.0

My boss wanted us to use something that could connect our team and get us better on track with our projects that was how we found air table. Overall, I think it is a good product with a lot of capabilities. It did take a bit of time for everyone on our team to learn how to use it.

Pros

This is a great project management tool and great for connecting teams. This really helped us get our products project set up in an organized manner.

Cons

I thought there was quite a bit of a learning curve and it was harder for some of our team members to get going than others and I think there is still quite a bit that we haven’t learned yet

Pros

Airtable automates over 85% of manual business processes ranging from project management, task management and content marketing - this is the best thing that I like most so far.

Cons

Ever since I started using Airtable to plan, track and manage projects, I have never come across an issue that lasted for over 24 hours unresolved.

Cons

July 23, 2025

Real-time collaboration on projects is one of the best aspects of using Airtable. Automating repetitive tasks is another benefits that I realize.

Pros

### "Versatile database for property and client management."

October 13, 2025

5.0

Listings, client data, and follow-ups were kept at the forefront and up-to-date, project collaboration was improved with clear deadlines, and agents were able to rapidly re-prioritize and transfer, losing fewer opportunities and gaining greater client satisfaction.

Pros

Spreadsheet-like workspace keeps listings, contacts, deals, and follow-ups organized with detailed calendar and kanban views; real-time collaboration allows agents and assistants to see tasks, deals, and updates across unrelated properties and partner teams.

Cons

Advanced relational and reporting capabilities need precise configuration, and multi-user, high-volume implementations can bog down at scale or require additional permission management for secure deal tracking.

### "Great for Collaboration"

August 11, 2025

5.0

Overall this has helped the team become more collaborative and aware of where tasks are in the process. Would highly recommend for project management.

Pros

I love the ability to collaborate across departments and create different views, both for personal use and shared use. We also have this synced to Slack to notify the team when certain cells change status allowing us to pass on tasks or updates to other departments.

Cons

Don't really have anything negative to say about Airtable. I guess I wish there was some advanced formulas that you could do within Airtable.

### "Taking notes and organizing activities aren't the only uses for Airtable"

March 15, 2025

5.0

My workflow has improved dramatically. I made a page on Airtable to document all the endpoints and code samples while developing a new API, and made sure to share the link with the team. Development progressed more rapidly because information was widely accessible to all. The ability to see everything in one place was a huge improvement; it’s also incredibly adaptable, easy to use and packed with capabilities that meet our requirements.

Pros

Meetings, documentation, databases, frontends and backends are the constant in my life. I have all my information spread out in a thousand places: notes, documents, tasks and codes. Airtable has been a complete workspace, not just an app to take notes or manage tasks for me. I can create pages, databases, boards, lists... anything. What I need, I can do: pages, databases, boards, lists, whatever. From team sprints to technical documentation, this has helped me keep everything in one place as a developer. Also, the code integration is great: I can embed blocks of code in your notes and see them with the right syntax highlighting.

Cons

The mobile version lacks the capabilities of the desktop version, but still works well enough. Compared to using a computer, checking something quickly on my phone can be a little painful sometimes.

### "Powerful, Flexible, but Not a Good Fit For Our Team"

January 26, 2026

4.0

We were impressed and had expectations for streamlining a lot of our workflows, but ended up using Accelo. Airtable has a lot of flexibility, but for a smaller team like ours, it just didn't fit our use case.

Pros

I was impressed most with Airtable's database. The ability to create custom views and link assets across multiple tables is something our team uses constantly for project management.

Cons

For about half our team, the learning curve was just too steep and ultimately led us to use other project management tools. We ended up with a few team members working longer to maintain our setup which only cost more time vs. efficiency.

### "Review of Airtable"

July 14, 2025

overrall airtable is great, it is super helpful to me to use to gauge my performance with the data it provides, however at times it can be super slow to update.

Pros

It is awesome, i work in a target based job and it updates my performance every ten minutes which is awesome, I can also easily assign myself work

Cons

It has glitches alot, sometimes there are bugs that go unfixed for a while which can be confusing for me that relies on its data to gauge my performance

### "Great hybrid between spreadsheet and database."

July 8, 2025

4.0

This has helped me to replace messy Excel sheets, to have tables that are easier to filter and share to everyone. I created a mini product database that the marketing team actually uses.

Pros

Airtable is spreadsheet familiar but packs light weight database functionality What I like even more is adding linked records between product specs and supplier profiles, this is zero-cost in terms of visual and gives structure to your product data.

Cons

For anything more complex, it leaves much to be desired, and having multiple large bases hits the limits of the free plan very quickly.

### "Organizing projects with EASE"

May 4, 2025

4.0

It’s helped us organize our documentary projects so that deadlines, team responsibilities and content pieces are all linked and available to all.

Pros

Airtable makes it easy for us to stay organized with our production timelines, interviews, and media assets in a way that feels visual and flexible. And I like that I can toggle between a spreadsheet view and a kanban board, depending on where my project is at.

Cons

Scaling up with advanced features can get expensive and some integrations will require additional setup time if you want to functionally automate the task.

I use Airtable because I work in marketing and is a super useful tool is you need to manage accounts.

Pros

### "I use it for hosting data for my backend."

February 13, 2025

5.0

Airtable has completely changed my approach to data organization. I used it to get organized for planning a large-scale event and have vendors, budgets, timelines all tracked in one place. It’s also been a godsend for helping me keep track of freelance projects, with invoices, client feedback and everything else in one central hub.

Pros

I love that Airtable has the flexibility of a spreadsheet with the power of a database. For instance, I used it to schedule a content calendar, connecting articles with deadlines, collaborators and status updates. Customizable views (grid, calendar, Kanban, etc.) allow you to visualize your data in multiple ways.

Cons

For inexperienced users in databases, they may find it more difficult to use, learning curve might be lengthy especially for links and integrations, and pricing can be high (some users find this suits luxury teams well)
