It has an easy workflow and does exactly what we need as a business. People can see who is off, their amount of holidays and it make the process for requesting time very easy indeed. Pros Simple, easy to use and good layout. There is nothing complicated about the process to request time off and to keep a log of sickness too. Also love that all staff can see everyone else’s holiday so narrowed down the number of staff asking when and if they could have holiday as they already knew if someone was off or not. Pros Ease of use and ability to quickly see if there are clashes with other employee holidays. Cons Would be good to add if people were late to work, or needed to leave early for an appointment. Pros This is great, it gives the staff the responsibility of booking leave and informing the office of information. Also a great way to quickly view the whole company leave. Cons Would be better if you could implement a period of notice to stop people requesting leave at to short notice. Review Source Adam L. September 18, 2018 5.0 It's a very good, simplistic system that covers everything you need for company holidays, sickness and great for adding in your own fields. Overall Experience - SUPER! Pros So so so easy to use, flexible and can be used for absence reporting too so staff can see how much sick days they have taken too. Cons There were intermittent problems initially with the app. We dont recommend our staff use it and use the website. It would be good to know if these issues have now been resolved. September 18, 2018 5.0 We can manage the team with no problem, everyone can see who is in and out which is helpful when staff are all over the country like ours. We have access to other HR software that stores all sorts of data about employees including holidays, etc. but we don't want that, just a simple time management platform suits us. Pros Ease of use, colour coding absence categories, app for site staff to use, value for money. Cons 1\. Unable to setup reoccurring events such as weekly day release study absences. 2. As the admin I cannot simply amend an appointment time if things change, it has to be cancelled and re-done which is frustrating. Very easy to add new starters etc and a very simple procedure to book time off. Would definitely recommend. Pros This is a very easy to use piece of software. It provides a very clear view of who is on holiday and when. Very easy to set up and can also be accessed via an app so you can book time off or sick leave from home etc. Fantastic value for money! Cons Nothing really to dislike. It would be handy to be able to sync it with a calendar in outlook (this might actually be possible but I'm unsure). Review Source DM David M. We have nearly 60 staff and everybody loves it. It has made our administration so much easier and saved us so much time. We have adapted it to show how many times staff are late so it helps for HR records. I would fully recommend it to any small or large company. Cons It is a little more difficult to use on a phone due to the size of the screen and how much of a calendar it can show, but I assume this would be the same on equivalent apps. Cons The fact that it's not 100% perfect at synchronising with Outlook calendars is a little bit of a bug bear, and you can't change the half day hours (it automatically finishes people at 12pm when our lunch starts at 1pm). Not very robust. This is far better, and it costs peanuts! Cons I don't dislike anything, but it is a tad basic. Having said that, it does one thing, and does it well. Pros The software is really user friendly and staff appreciate the phone app and the ease of requesting their holiday outside of work. Pros Implementing this saves us lots of time, and enables everyone to keep track of their holidays. We also record sick leave, exam and study leave and unpaid leave. We can organise into departments with multiple approvers, and manage standard hours and odd working patterns by recording leave in hours not days. We can also keep the absences visible in outlook, so staff can quickly check who is in. Cons The order of staff on the Wall chart is odd. No idea what order it is in! Review Source JP Julia P. Pros Very easy to use and set up very simple. Access from all devices. Cons We need to make public holidays recurring as there is no calendar for Cyprus so it means have to add them manually for every year. That is my only pain point with this otherwise amazing tool.
