**Overall:** Over all the years we was working together its been pretty good, nothing much to complain about.

"Can't quit breaking their software"

**Overall:** Exhausting. In addition to them breaking things over and over, adding new workflows and enabling it by default with no warning. Their account reps told me they would fix something, then turned right around and had their staff tell me they would not fix it. Evidently they just said they would to get me off the phone.

**Pros:** Works pretty well when they leave it alone. Plenty of features, web based so I can get to it from anywhere.

**Cons:** They can't quit breaking it. I spend hours of my time on support trying to fix what they broke instead of running my business. This happens repeatedly.
