Between the price and tools included, this is a great tool for our IT group.

Pros

With COVID, we have used repairdesk to help our clients and employees when away from the office. This works great to connect with them quickly.

Cons

Sometimes the software can be buggy. It’s also not as feature rich as others but the price is right.

It does the work that it was designed it to do. If you run a repair shop you should use this software.

Cons

If you run a different kind of shop that doesn't repair things then you should not use this software.

Pros

Main benefit for use repairdesk it's provid solution in home and any where you can said.Its helping by any time that user can ask. Tickets get esily by issue solver. They also provide that device solving by it's worker withen user said day or not. User have no fear if they put our issue in repairdesk.

Cons

I don't thinks there is any bug here it's perfect for customer and solvers also.
