The system is very helpful for people who are in electronics repair industry. And overall the system is really easy to use and good customer support even though we had connected to many people for support but \[sensitive content hidden\] is super knowledgable and knows how to explain everything. We upgraded to new software not to have anymore issues which \[sensitive content hidden\] helped us with. card processings are also really fast havent encountered any issues with security either. overall good value for money and happy on the purchase of the new software which \[sensitive content hidden\] showed us.

### "Best Computer Repair Shop Point Of Sale system to ever exist"

We went from not knowing what was going on with half of our repairs constantly, to being able to track EVERYTHING in our shop easily. The cost is by far the most reasonable for the value we get. Usama has worked extremely hard to help us when we get stuck with something and regularly checks in to see if there is anything we need. 100% we feel extremely taken care of by both the software itself and the incredible customer support they provide. If you are thinking about getting yourself a Poing of Sale and ticket tracking system, give RepairDesk a go. We now use their payment processor and now realize the savings with them are astronomical!

Pros

It is an extremely adjustable software which works for us as a computer repair shop (despite the fact that it is technically designed as a cellphone repair shop POS) We have been able to adjust it to fit ALL of our needs!

Cons

Nothing not to like really. It did take some tinkering to get it adjusted to where we needed it. But their agents have always been available to us to help with our needs.

I am very satisfied with the repairdesk platform/service.

Pros

The Repairdesk staff is very responsive to the needs of repair shops. The software has not remained stagnant and has improved through the years I have been using it.

Cons

I have ran into some issues such as with the user interface and the SMS messaging system. In both instances repairdesk made changes to the system to restore this functionality.

The help setting up and creating the platform bespoke to my needs was great! \[sensitive content hidden\] was there for me by email, phone and video calls when ever i needed!

Pros

I’ve been really happy with RepairDesk! The customer service and support team are always responsive and helpful. The platform is very easy to use and has everything I need — and more. I especially love how customizable it is, allowing me to tailor it perfectly to my business. Highly recommend!

Cons

The only downsides I’ve noticed are that you can’t edit workflows once they’ve been used in a ticket, which can be a bit inconvenient, and occasionally the automated emails don’t send — though that issue is pretty rare.

Exhausting. In addition to them breaking things over and over, adding new workflows and enabling it by default with no warning. Their account reps told me they would fix something, then turned right around and had their staff tell me they would not fix it. Evidently they just said they would to get me off the phone.

Pros

Works pretty well when they leave it alone. Plenty of features, web based so I can get to it from anywhere.

Cons

They can't quit breaking it. I spend hours of my time on support trying to fix what they broke instead of running my business. This happens repeatedly.

RepairDesk offers a solid solution to repair shops and other shops of a similar nature. I have an asian mini mart that is surviving in the same space and our checkouts occur in RepairDesk. Their Merchant Services are useful and reasonably priced. Their customer service is helpful and quick. You honestly can't go wrong with this software.

Pros

RepairDesk has been nothing but a godsend for my business. I have 10 years of experience with a "competitor" POS and can say that side-by-side RepairDesk the two are quite honestly incomparable. Their customer service is existent, and not just existent, they truly respond and resolve the issues and questions I've had. They are actively implementing new features and smoothing out the old and new of what is already a robust package. RepairDesk seems to place a lot of attention toward the customer's experience in my store. Automated texts, requests for review and feedback, customer facing displays, appointments and status update widgets for my website, etc: these are a few examples of RepairDesk's concern for my customers.

Cons

Perhaps some of the bugs seem odd at times, but once again, compared to the POS I'm used to, I don't have much of anything negative to say about RepairDesk. Software has issues, and they are on the solutions very quickly.

Fantastic! I have worked with \[sensitive content hidden\] and all have been extremely professional and great to work with. I have had several requests that they have accommodated, such as adding the custom fields that they helped me to create to my ticket labels, adding the ability to enter a long description in my quotations, and adding net 75 payment terms to my invoices. They have taken all of my requests into consideration and have gone above and beyond to meet them. They are also accommodating with my schedule and coordinating meeting times that work well. They are quick to respond to email communication too. An all around great team to work with!

Pros

I was in search of software that would help to keep our repairs organized from the time that they arrived to our facility until the time that we shipped them out. RepairDesk has provided this through the many useful features that the program offers. I like being able to create unique ticket numbers to identify and track my repairs in a way that makes sense and flows with our business. The ticket labels are easy to print and contain all of the pertinent information needed to identify the repair at a quick glance. I like the fact that I can add my own custom fields that apply to our repairs and that these custom fields are searchable within RepairDesk for quick identification of the repair. I like being able to add the parts that we use in the repair process to an inventory database so that we can easily track how many units we have on hand and know when we need to order more. Creating POs for the purchase of these parts is also a useful feature. I like being able to upload pre and post repair photos. The photos are easy to upload and are of very high quality and make for great documentation.

Cons

I don't have anything that I'd like to highlight here. All of my concerns have been or are being addressed. I understand that each business is unique and has it own requests. RepairDesk has a great foundation and the team has been outstanding at accommodating my requests for features that are not yet present that would work well in our business.

The site was not user friendly and there was no customer support. I signed up for the free trial, hit a few roadblocks and tried to call to ask questions. After several phone calls with no answer, it gave me a quick snapshot of what the experience was going to be like. Luckily, I found RepairDesk next and it has been a completely different experience. The customer support is phenomenal and any question that I have has been answered.

I've been using RepairDesk for over 5 years with 5 locations/stores, and I highly recommend it to any phone repair shop owner. RepairDesk is the best solution available—there’s really no comparable alternative. The customer service is excellent, too; it's rare to find support at this level. For instance, I accidentally imported the wrong Excel file and needed to restore the system to a previous state. Despite it being a Sunday night, Usman and the team resolved the issue overnight, which was a huge relief. I also use the PhonePro system in 4 stores, and after 5 months, I can say it’s been worth the investment. Although there are some issues, it generally provides great value. I’m able to centralize phone calls, SMS, customer history, quick quotes, and more. Plus, it helps me gather more reviews, which has been a great benefit

Cons

While the pricing may seem high, it's understandable as it supports the ongoing improvements and new features that make the platform even better.

We bought a business that had been in operation for 40 years that had an all paper system. Repairdesk is helping us move away from that to a completely paperless system and has greatly helped us improve communication with our customers. It has also given us new ways of taking payments that have shortened the time it takes to collect from customers. It's been a learning curve for us, as we were used to and comfortable with an arcane method. We are learning things very quickly and getting comfortable with the new workflow faster than we thought and have been very satisfied with how much easier the day to day operations have become.

Pros

The workflow and user interface is very intuitive and user friendly. There's a wide range of modules that allow to track almost all aspects of our shop in one centralized location.

Cons

Some features can be buggy, but the team at Repairdesk is very open to suggestion and constantly working on updates to improve workflow and make things easier.
