I've been using Repair desk since 2019 and so far I am very happy with it and you can find everything for Cellphone repair store in this Software and Customer service is best . No issue so far .

i don't see any issue so far. if I had any issue with software it had been resolved.

100% fantastic. Exactly what I was looking for in a software package for my industry. Great job to all those that had a part in development. As a side note, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is amazing in support. He guided me through the process so well, I want to send him something as a thank you.

Pros

It's obviously designed for the service industry that I am part of. The software was very easy for me to deploy and get familiar with. The ease of use is truly amazing and I can tell it was designed by people familiar with the market.

Cons

I have yet to see any improvements that are needed. However, if I see any, I will certainly contact support

Reason for choosing RepairDesk

It was simply a better package with more of the features that I required.

Pros

Easy to use. UI and UX is great. and well thought-out utilities that enhances customer service and your own operations.

Cons

HR management, Accounting, P&L... anyway, these are no big deals. I use other proper HR softwares and Accounts. For Xero software users, there is an option to integrate. Not bad.

From the moment I started to trial RepairDesk I was helped along the way by a very patient Usman. Everynight for a week after, as well as numerous times since (even tonight) Usman has rung me, & setup team view so he can tutor me on how to get the most out of RepairDesk for myself and my team. As i've made suggestion, the software has modified itself to suit my needs as well as others. I am looking forward to seeing the many more integrations to come, that will better my business. Now my business is running efficiently, my staff and customers are happier with the systems RepairDesk has helped m put in place.

How much it has improved our business. Customer lookup. Warranty tracking.

I'd recommend letting this product get some age under it's belt before depending on it for a complete solution.

Pros

Constantly adding new integrations and features. Has potential to be a great solution if all the little issues can be fixed.

Cons

Small bugs have been around way longer than they should have. Customer service promises resolutions but the issues still exist.

We have used multiple repair POS systems at Smart Fix. When we came across Repair Desk, we had several questions and concerns. Usman answered all our employees' questions quickly and updated the system to fit out needs. Repair Desk has been exceptional and we look forward to expanding with them in the future.

Pros

The price is on point and comparable/cheaper than many other repair POS options out there. Customer service is excellent. POS is straight forward and easily customizable for your business.

Cons

The spreadsheets of information were not uploading correctly at first - Usman went above and beyond at 1a.m. to upload them and make sure they were working correctly for the next business day.

The software overall is fairly decent. However from start to finish getting a customer in the system and checking them out takes 10-15 minutes. That's just not good for business. If the basic features were easier to use and the company focused on making a working product vs adding in a bunch of features they might have something good.

Pros

The layout is extremely nice. And with a bit of work RepairDesk could easily be industry leading.

Cons

The basic features become so complicated.

Automates alotta of admin work which helps you turn over sales more quickly, while efficiently getting done what needs to be done. Great for Cell phone repair shops!

Cons

Its a little costly at monthly! Wish there was a less costly subscription. Makes it harder for smaller businesses or individuals to obtain without the proper funds for it yet.

I am able to now documents repairs and keep track of serial/imei for warranty purpose. Rep and his team have been great about answering and setting things up to get you rolling.

Pros

Great point of cell for your mobile repair shop. Features all the best options for tracking logging and keeping notes on repairs.

Cons

Some of the features don't cross between the web portal and iPad POS

Not good. Canceled my service and got a refund.

Pros

The price was good. And when originally taking the demo, it seemed like a good system. But that's because the demo is built to show well.

Cons

There are so many missing features, and so many bugs. Basic foundational things that when I called the Helpdesk to have fixed, and they said "sorry that's how it is", baffled me.

Pros

The automation of communication with customers is great. The system image is easy to use and easy to teach to employees. Detailed reports that allow us to follow details directly related to our field. The personalization of Repairdesk is very appreciated.

Cons

Small system configuration bug but, support that is available at almost any time. A special thank you to Ali who takes care of our personalized follow-up.
