For a while we have looked for a great pos for our locations. We were having trouble with inventory and customer relations. Using repair desk has made it vital to our success. With inventory tracking and customer management I can now focus on other things that need to be done. The interface is really simple and it even links to your current website so customers can track repairs and create orders. Usman has been there every step of the way. Even when its inconvenient for him. This makes repair desk stand out from the rest and we appreciate everything! Great Job Repair Desk!

Usman and his team provide exceptional support and training for the system. I have tested and used three widely recognized POS CRM systems over the last 6 years and I have never had support and direct contact with the developer like this EVER. I have been communicating with and requesting details functions and Usman has been personally available. The system is pure simple and thorough. These guys build the system for businesses just like mine, I could not leave a review good enough to reflect my approval. 5 stars all the way.

the user interface is easy to use and makes repairs faster and organised. we moved from repairshopr and repair desk is faster, easier to navigate and easier to setup

having to learn a new system was a bit painful but luckily they have lots of support like the knowledge base and members to talk to

Repair desk give me an edge over the competition cause now my shop look more professional, it makes it easier to handle my inventory, my invoices and to manage my time and work. More importantly it give me an idea about what's work and what doesn't. And the fact that the software is updated regularly with new improvement makes it even more appealing.

We've been trying a few systems for out repair business and Repair Desk even though very new system but on the very right track. It looks like the team has been doing their home work to intergrade good feature into this system. We have POS with most of important functions, Inventory, Payroll, and of course Ticket system. And yet they are still working hard to build more functions. Don't pass on this one, give it a try and you will say for yourself.

I love the software, however one very important thing to remember is you do not own it. I paid immedialtely for this software since I liked it and skipped the trial. Without asking my contract was set to a trial. After a month working with it, we were just locked out without getting a clear notification, now waiting for them to contact back and customer waiting in line and I cannot invoice. Thinking of going back to my own hosted system that I cantrol myself as getting locked out while you already paid is rediculous. So if you depend on your system like it do, reconsider this!

I've tried a few softwares but found Repairdesk is so far the best choice for my mobile phone repair business. It's easy to use and straight forward, especially for someone like me want to book in customer quickly and watch the work flow from home. I give it 5 star even it still needs some improvements, their customer support is great, always there and listen to what customer suggest.

I even got telephone calls to see how thing were progressing. Different features are always being added after suggestions. I can only see this getting bbetter over time
