Pros The thing I liked most about this software was it keeps tracks of your payments easy and ask for payments is simple and safe. We desperately needed an online payment option for monthly rent. Paysimple was the answer. Pros Ease of use and expense. Tenants paying rent do not find it too complicated Cons Nothing. Not only does it have a great ecommerce platform, it also has a meetings scheduler that our client is using to allow her clients to schedule meetings with her right from her website. And once that meeting is over, she can automatically generate an invoice using the calendar function based on wha the meeting was about! Really sticks to what the name says - a simple payment solution! Pros Great fit for any small, but growing business. Easy to set up, and use, clients seemed to like it and the customer service has been solid and very helpful with any questions. Bill.com actually syncs with other accounting tools, PaySimple does not. Cost is higher than other Freshbooks or Bill.com for less. Its easy to use and our clients love it. We went from taking payments on the phone to an online payment system with credit/debit card and ACH payments. The ability we have to accept reoccurring payments also really helped and took our business to the next level. Since leaving PayPal I have only had good results! The customer support is excellent and the ease of use is unparalleled. Pros The accuracy and ease of use. It's super user friendly and whenever I come across something I need more training on, their staff is there to help. We do wish the receipts were more customizable and that it had more integration capability with some of the other vendors we work with, but overall, it does everything we need it to do.
