Also, when I have a suggestion I let them know and if at all possible, they make it happen. Cons The search engine has been lacking, but they have made great improvements in that area. I have been using the product for over 15 years now and it's hard to connect to Customer Representative and if we open a ticket, they take 4-5 days to reply and without proper resolution. I also found their customer service very helpful the few times i had to reach out to them. Pros I found it easy to setup reoccurring invoices and applicable payments each month. For repetitive payment processing, the set-up is super easy + efficient. Set-up of new customers is simple. Reports can be quickly pulled + customized to individual needs. Cons I am only using one feature of the program which limits my expertise on the overall. Accessibility of saved profiles can be a bit confusing and it always takes me a moment to find the right spot to find a company. But that's a minor inconvenience. Cons We do not like the PCI certification that has to be done with the merchant company.
