We have been with Paysimple for many years and support is above all expectations. Pros I like the recurring billing and the one option to put payments on the website. Cons All the added features I do not use and are implemented do not benefit me. The price of the software goes up for features we do not use. We do very small amount of processing at the time and it is just simple recurring and an occasional online payment. Pros I love the ease of invoicing. It is user-friendly. As a small business owner, I don't have a big staff. I needed a software like this that has invoices ready for deployment after you enter the pertinent info. Once the payment is made, I trust the money will land in my bank account as promised. Being able to quote, close and take the deposit or full payment for a sale has increased our sales and my closing ratio. It's truly the future now. Pros I love the ability to take credit card payments right from my iPad. The supplied device to slide Credit Cards makes my sales easy and improves my close rate since I can take a payment right there on the spot. It's primary focus is being an e-tail platform, so if you are an office that needs to send invoices that can be paid on-line, you'll run into some snags. And you are forced to set up a domain name even if you know you will never use it, which is just wrong. Pros Multiple people can access invoice status.
