Customer service responded a day later saying I need to ask customer for a new card. We decided to process the same credit card using Quickbook and it works fine. Pros I can setup ACH, recurring charges. It's linked to quickbook so it makes it easier to reconcile transactions. Cons Point of Sale cannot specify what it is for Review Source KR Kathryn R. Cons It took me a while to figure out how to set up the recurring sales when I was doing that. I switched back to point of sale so that went away. Do wish to be able to communicate more in billing - for applied credits and a note section. Pros Easy to use and navigate. Customer Service is good...and that we can email our questions. Easy to implement and incorporate in to our website. " March 8, 2018 5.0 Easier for paying of school bills by parents. They love it and seem to pay in a more timely manner. Pros Easy of implementation and updating on website. Customers are happy with the ease of use and security. Transaction rate is wonderful for non-profit. Previous service was too expensive and took a couple of days to process payments. This is quicker and end of month statements are great. Cons Able to use on associated church website as well, but can't enter description into a memo line like on school website. Pros Customer Service, Ease of Use, Monthly Reports, low transaction fees, and we havnt experienced any system bugs or outages. Very happy with this system. Cons In my humble opinion the only negative I see is that the monthly reports that get sent via snail mail have a slightly outdated look. They have contacted me a few times to make sure my experience is good and to see if I need help with anything. And when I noticed my rate was a little high due to the use of mostly business credit cards, they lowered me to a more reasonable flat rate.
